Daily Prayer Thread 6/6/03

Ephesians 3
16 That He would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

Also continued prayers requested for freeagle and family that God will continue to work and deliver from trials

Dear friends,

May I ask that you continue to lift my husband to the Lord. "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms." I have confidence that our Lord will not allow the enemy to take my husband, and God does answer our prayer, so I covet yours.

If anyone is motivated by politics, two years ago my husband would travel up to the headgates at Klamath Falls. His excitement of being part of that group was thrilling. I believe his posture now is that of almost a vagrant who couldn't care less about anyone's rights but his right to a new definition of "freedom" and "peace." The enemy is insidious indeed to take a man from a loving father and son of Christ ready to charge federal agents to get the water running to where he exists now.

God has blessed me with a new experience of Him, and I am grateful. I am noticing that my children's faith is not as solid as mine - they are questioning their Lord through this ordeal and His ability to do as He has promised. God has provided an amazing church for us to be part of - and all of their friends are believers with believing parents. So, it is with that blessing, that I can relax a little bit.
Please pray for their walk.

You are part of Christ's universal church. I have come to appreciate that in these past weeks, understanding the importance of attending to one another through prayer. May I say that I am humbled to be allowed to join you!
