Boy is that the truth.

The Idaho SOS site lists the statewide precincts counted. I don't know how the vote is breaking down geographically.

Isn’t the one that says 1/3 have been counted talking about precincts statewide (as opposed to just in the ID-01)?

Are there any sites showing the county-by-county breakdown?

Nope, in this district. They are running 1,000+ votes behind and claim that about 40% is in, but list 31% on the site with the higher numbers.

Labrador is leading Ward in Ada County (Boise), something I had never expected.

Actually, Labrador represents Idaho House District 14B, which is in Ada county.

Labrador is from Eagle, which is in Ada county.

Hot off the presses:

. House Dist. 1 GOP

45% Raul Labrador (14145 votes)
41% Vaughn Ward (12783 votes)
7% Michael Chadwick (2185 votes)
4% Harley Brown (1263 votes)
3% Allan Salzberg (972 votes)
Precincts: 182 of 462 - 39%

Doesn’t look good for Ward. If Labrador wins he’ll need better financing for Nov.

I found a key result. Canyon County still has half its precincts unreported, and Labrador leads big there. If you support Labrador, it’s a good sign.

Good! We need Labrador to win. Ward is a terrible candidate. He gave Obama's 2004 convention speech word for word... . Not good. Don't run as a Republican and steal Obama's speeches.
