Former Alaska governor Sarah Palin came out strongly in favor of continued U.S. foreign aid to Israel in a Sunday interview with Judge Jeanine Pirro on Foxnews.
"You know I'm sure that there's some waste and fraud in our foreign aid we need to find efficiencies and not give to any regime that would seek to harm Americans in any sense of the word 'harm,'" Palin said, "I don't support that kind of foreign aid at all. but when it comes to Israel - NO... I stand strong with Israel and unapologetically I say that America should keep this strong democratic ally that we have there in the Middle East and allow for protections around Israel."

"Think of what this state Israel has gone through, and what they have suffered through and what they have triumphed over," she said. "It is really telling about their tenacity and their character and it's just one reason, that character, as to why it is that we want them as our friend."
In a confident, articulate appearance and what some see as one of her best interviews to date, Palin was also asked why the Obama Administration was so hesitant to call the shooting of the US airmen in Germany an act of terror.....

>> Attack, attack, attack!! ... I didn’t see her reading from a teleprompter.
Oh, yeah. Sarah is finding her groove.
She is nobody’s fool. That’s just one of the things I like about her.
Gov. Palin is a quick and tenacious student. No, she doesn’t know everything... but what she doesn’t know, she is more than willing to learn. And she proactively WORKS to master what she needs to know.
Studying, learning, and then practicing... this isn’t a process she mastered only since being coerced onto the national stage. It’s how she got to be mayor of Wasilla... and then governor of her state.
RINOs and ‘rats, discount Sarah Palin at your own peril. She will study you, she will learn from you, she will master the skills she needs, and then she will defeat you.
If Sarah runs, the defining factor for me will be who is chosen as Vice-President.
>> What do they do for us?
Who cares. Are they on the side of righeousness? Or not?
Ask that simple question in absolute terms, as well as in terms relative to those who oppose Israel.
The question of righteousness may not be the “me-generation” question-of-the-day... but it is the only Q&A that matters for all eternity.
Dont you ever equate me to a liberal.
So if I had picked you out of 300+ million Americans to be my vice-presidential running mate, you’d backstab me two years later? Thanks for the warning!!
I also fail to see what relevance that quote has to the discussion. Last I checked we are a constitutional republic, not a theocracy.
The attitude of “I did for you, now it’s your turn to do for me (regardless of what your principles say)” is precisely what’s wrong with government.
Did Ron or Rand teach you that?
Are they on the side of “righteousness” because we pay them billions of dollars? Would they still be on the side of “righteousness” if we begged off?
And the PDSers keep on saying that she hasn’t taken any positions on foreign policy, yet she is the only candidate that has taken a position on anything.
Why can't they pay for it themselves? Why do we have to do it, when we can't even pay our own bills?
Why can't they buy their own? We does a broke nation have to subsidize them? What's in it for us?
LOL!
Teach me what? How many states were in the Union? No I had that down by the third grade. What's your excuse?
You obviously don't know much then.
Wrong. I went down the list of aid. Nothing in there. Maybe you can show me where US aid to Israeli intel is documented. Strange though, that such a great friend would charge us to share information? Do we normally charge others to share intel?
Do you really think that Deep Black funding and 'sources & methods' are going to be published openly for people like you to peruse?
Man, you are dense.
Here's a bone for you though...
If not, then your Mossad claim does nothing to explain the aid that HAS been reported, which is in the billions, and has nothing to do with intel.
'Mossad, US, UK cooperating to sabotage Iran nukes'
LOL. So it's such a deep dark black ops secret that it's reported in the paper and on the internet? And I'm dense? That's funny.
Bottom line: You don't know where the money goes. You don't know if it's worth it. You don't know if it's necessary. You're for it without even knowing what for.
The Israelis need the latest technology and they get it from us. They pay us for it as well.
