I don;t know but AZ is warmer then what she’s lived in for years. I think that’s why she looks so good and healthy.

After reading these Palin house buying threads, I have to say that people over analyze the hell out of things. If you live in the north and have the money, you buy a house in the south so you can escape the winters. A little winter weather can be tolerable but after a few months, it gets damn old. I’ve toyed with the idea of buying a home in AZ as well. Housing is really affordable down there at the moment. Golfing in January is appealing to me. Beats shoveling snow.
The future First Dude can trade in his snow machine(s) for water toys and the family can enjoy the Colorado River.
I’m sure he’d be comfortable and well-received just about anywhere he goes. Seems like a genuinely great guy.
