Sarah Palin continues to remain popular among Republicans, many of whom would vote for her as president, according to a Washington Post/ABC News poll released Thursday. The former Alaska governor who has yet to announce whether she will run for president trails former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney by a mere eight points among voters who leaned Republican.

Appears they are assuming that if Palin doesn’t run, those of us who support her would immediately decide to vote for Romney. What have they been smoking?
Do they expect us to believe that if Palin doesn’t run then 4% of her voters would choose Romney instead? I call bs.
Just remember this is a WP/ABC poll, both of whom want an Obama second term and view Palin as the most beatable of Republican candidates due to her high negatives from years of battle with the lame stream media.
Palin is not second to Romney. Put her name into the fray and Romney is gone. There is a great tactic going on on the part of the seasoned GOP. They are letting the Democrats think they are up against Romney. Romney can be beaten by Obama. Palin can’t and they know it. They and the news media are working hard to make it Obama-Romney. All looks good until the Primary. Palin scares them to death. Bachmann’s showing against Romney ought to wake up the old GOP guys to what’s coming. If Bachmann can do it to Romney, wait until Palin announces. Comeon November!
