Obama made over 11 trips to Ohio during our gubernatorial election for Ted Strickland. Kasich won with a little over 2%. Don’t make too much of his visits to Ohio. Now that the coal mines are shutting down and workers out of jobs - I think this would help Romney.
This doesn’t make any sense because O’Reilly and Lou Dobbs were saying Obama was pulling away in FL, VA , and OH
After the first debate Mitt and Obamugabe the choice will be clear...a vote for Obama is a vote against America.
I read where the first debate will be on the economy and I think this is where Romney, if he’s up to it, can mop the floor. There are so many talking points he can hit Obama with that I hope he finds a few in particular that will just nail Obama to the mat.
If I was Romney, I’d hammer the “real” unemployment numbers and particularly unemployment for youth and minorities to depress Obama’s base. Ask the young and blacks with 15% unemployment if they want four more years of this or if they’d rather have a job and earn some income.
It will be both embarrassing and painful for many former believers to watch and come to any other conclusion than to admit that in 2008 they were bamboozled by someone with no distinguishable accomplishments in both his professional and political career other than being clean and articulate...Romney has a history of achievement and giving, Obama has a history of being given something and doing nothing with it other than enriching himself and his cronies.
