Rep Marino wants to jail administration Officials

Rep. Tom Marino (R-Pa.) is consulting with former prosecutors in the House and having statutes examined for ways for the House to indict administration officials in the IRS, Benghazi, reporter spying, NSA spying and other scandals in the Obama admnistration, because it's obvious that Eric Holder is not willing to punish offenders.

Speaking during a radio interview on Wednesday, Marino said that he is investigating ways in which the House can file criminal and civil charges against members of the administration, "up to and including the president."

For Learner and her accomplices? Sure! I’m 100% in favor of a death penalty if convicted.....go for it.

Most of these guys are lawyers/ex-lawyers and they pretty much already have a handle on what they can and can not do.

I would think they'd have a good idea what could the possible outcome be.

I remember a case I was involved in some years ago and when I proposed a possible defense direction my barrister said, "It ain't gonn'a happen, knarf"

So, it will be interesting to see where THIS goes

“Congress does have a mechanism to prosecute the president. In his oath of office the president swears that he will, ““I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

But what if he is in fact functioning at the best of his ability? I have believed for sometime that Zero is simply a moderate level functioning moron. That is why all of his school records have been locked away.

About time someone thought of putting criminals in jail and then going ahead and doing it.

Well, we know impeachment will not result in conviction by the Senate, but I still believe that Patriotic congressmen should lay out their case publicly so that C-Span is forced to cover it. There will be no more excuses for anyone, even on MSNBC, to say they didn’t know. Nixon was driven out of office because of impending impeachment & Clinton hung in & was impeached but not convicted. Surely Soetoro’s multitude of lies & crimes should be called out by rule of law. Holding Soetoro accountable would be the highest compliment that he doesn’t deserve special treatment just cuz he’s black.

But, on the other hand, our PINO is hoping to unleash the Krackens in his very own race war, and this might just happen if he got impeached. Meanwhile he degrades the Office and he degrades our country everyday he goes unchallenged usurping more and more power than is not his to abuse.

Putin has destroyed Obama.

What do I mean?

Putin exposed Obama as weak. Now the REAL sharks are circling.

Get out your popcorn!

Yes, but the justice department is too corrupt to prosecute itself.

Exactly. He’s a willing puppet that seems to be in a daze. I don’t think he’s serious about anything but playing, which is why they keep him on the road and away from everything.
