It will be demoralizing if Independent and Democrat voters decide the future of the GOP in Mississippi.
Yes, it’s open and Cochran has been courting Dems non-stop.
It’s an open primary. However, everyone who voted in the dem primary can’t vote in the GOP runoff.
More so than the outside money and spokesmen/women from out of state who have pumped love into an unproven candidate. Our political Justin Bieber.
To vote in the runoff, they will have had to vote in the election that caused the runoff. IOW, they would have had to already voted in the Republican Primary, if I understand correctly. At least that’s the way it is in my state.
