I agree, I watched LK closely and he made sure to ask many questions. He kept going back to why not walk away or get a divorce. He even said if this happened to his 35 daughter he would not know what to do, how could Terri know? Karen Ann is not Terri. If Karen were my daughter I would have wanted to end her suffering. If Terri were my daughter, she does not seem to have anything she needs to end. She needs to BEGIN extensive therapy!

You got it right -- in 1993 he made two conflicting statements in his deposition -- one not to remove feeding tube and the second was not to treat her bladder infection.

Sounds like day before she was injured and became brain damaged, she discussed divorcing MS with a close friend. Friend offered to spend night with her so she'd be OK and Terri said she'd just pretend to be asleep when he came home.

I agree with your post #1,007. I had prayed that the HINO would not be able to fool people with his lies, and that the audience would be able to see right through him. I think this interview will backfire on MS... I agree this was a big win for Terri and terrible for the death crowd!!

Of course he did, he didn't immediately call 911, and then her brother (who lived in the same complex), from what I've read, he called Terri's dad and it was Mr. Schindler that told MS to call 911.

I think this man is a massive control freak. No one would wear that outfit-the open flashy shirt with the huge gold necklace. Certainly the attorney suggested appropriate wear-Michael is not the type to take instructions.

I wonder how soon after terri's injury this horror of a human fell in with jodi....and went into business with her family-man the businesses connections are huge.

Note his shouting(Controlling-me the big man on campus!) at the nurses etc to explain away Carla Iyer's affidavit, that she had a bone to pick. Trouble is, Carla says he was always shouting and cowaring the staff because they were giving TOO MUCH CARE to Terri. For example-when Carla placed the balled washcloth into Terris palm to help relieve her curling fingers and Michael ORDERED her to take it out...that doing that was therapy, and there was to be NO THERAPY, per his orders.

Her affidavit is the most damning piece written about his treatment of Terri. It is CARLA who needs to be interviewed.

the Schindlers have NEVER beaten Schiavo in the corrupt FL judiciary. The Schiavo faction is convinced that the FL Supreme Court will strike down "Terri's Law" in the next few weeks.

My friend cares , lovingly for hi mother 92 at home. She has Alzheimer's. He does all this for her, everything and she has not remembered even who he is every minute of the day for ten years. But he continues to care for her. Should Alzheimer's patient's be 'put down' because their brain activity has taken a u-turn? Can you believe these guys Gelato?
