Prayer Request for Sick Child

My 3-year old son James is in intensive care as he was a near drowning victim last Saturday afternoon. I have been at the hospital ever since & came home for only a couple of minutes today. Please pray for my boy as he needs all the help he can get to pull through this.

Of course. Prayers for you and your son. FWIW, my son's best friend nearly drowned in the family pool at about the same age. He was literally "navy blue" in color (according to his mother) and had they couldn't detect a pulse. Luckily for my friend, her neighbor was one of our wonderful off-duty firemen, and he performed CPR on the boy from the moment he jumped over the backyard fence until they got to the hospital. Without a doubt, he saved his life.

The boy is now 15 and has gone on to become a straight-A student, scholar-athlete (baseball and basketball), and a fine musician. Needless to say, a FULL recovery.

Miracles indeed happen. Courage.
