I think we've heard already from a few of "witnesses" that they saw Laci in the "black" pants.

I'm glad you posted that map, it speaks for itself.
LOL. Geragos wants all the evidence thrown out because ALL the evidence points to Scott!

Laci starts her walk in the park at 9:30 a.m.Scott said he left at 9:30-9:35 and Laci was mopping the floor in her bare feet, so she couldn't have left the house at 9:30.
Campos said she saw the 2 men and Laci AND the dog at 10:50. Couldn't have happened, the dog was already in the backyard!

That's exactly why he wants it thrown out.!! If they think the Prosecution has such a weak case why have they been fighting like banshees for 9 days now over ONE hair?? He insults our intelligence.

>>BTW, I had much better luck with my case AFTER the attorneys got out. They certainly know how to milk an impossible situation for all it's worth.<<
I'm happy to hear things got better for you but I'm not going to air my private situation here for a mulitude of personal reasons.
I fully agree that lawyers tend to make family law situations much worse than they start out to be or need to be.

We are in total agreement.

>>They're clearly trying to intimidate Amber into calling it quits and trying to get out of testifying. <<
Hi Dev. I don't think it is up to Amber whether or not she testifies at this point.
Any testimony tends to rely to some extent on the credibility of the witness giving it. Amber has had a similar relationship (married man with pregnant wife) in the recent past, had another relationship with a stripper, and named no father on her daughter's birth certificate according to Rita Cosby and Claudia Cowen. Some of this hits very close to things relative to her relationship with Snott in one way or another.
Geragos may be of questionable character (in my opinion anyway) but he does have a duty to defend his client as best he can.

My husband is a Lawyer and I am his paralegal. He, like Nancy Grace, made a decision 18 years ago, that he would practice Solicitors work only. He said he could not go on in all good conscience, standing in front of Judges, defending liars, thieves etc. So, we have been doing corporate and business law for that amount of time. He's been a Lawyer for 34 years so I guess he had had enough. He even says, if you want to complicate even a small dispute, just get a couple of Lawyers involved!! LOL

You know Dev Geragos & Co ARE trying to intimidate Amber. I hope her testimony blows their socks off!! Gloria Allred sort of intimated that today. She said, "Well Geragos might want to be careful what he wishes for", but she said, "If he wants to wade into it, I guess that's a determination he has to make"!!

Hi CO, it's refreshing to hear a lawyer tell it like it is about the profession. Your husband sounds like a very honest man.

"Campos said she saw the 2 men and Laci AND the dog at 10:50."Geeez! I never caught that when I was giving my scenerio.
I have had such a headache today from reading all these threads that I can't think straight.

Wonder if there were any dog hairs in Scott's NEW truck? Did he take the dog, go by the park and dump him and keep going?.....knowing the dog would eventually go home AND leave a trail, the farthest point on a trail that Laci and the dog normally took.
He said he left at 9:30 and the neighbor said she saw the dog at 10:18 I think.

Why? All he would have to do is put the dog in the truck a few times in front of neighbors and that takes care of that piece of evidence.

Well NONE of the eyewitnesses or neighbours saw him put McKenzie in his truck. Plus Laci was supposed to be going to walk the dog.
