and, being a professional critical thinker, I Absoulutly astounding. The man proclaims himself a critical thinker and then proceeds to pile up every cliche he can pull out of his @$$.
There's a trend here that is not helping the left one iota. First it was the Bezerkley smear that conservatism is a mental disease, now three days in a row there have been articles on the stupidity of conservatives.
That's a sure way to win folks to your side, eh? LOL!
Come November all these critical thinkers are going to be scratching their tiny little heads wondering what the hell happened.

Hold on, I'm confused. I thought all us racist Republicans were just sending blacks to die in Iraq. Now the Dems are saying its really the white rednecks that are all dying? Can't they decide on a stereotype? BTW, I've never met a Philosophy professor that wasn't a Liberal Democrat.

"Professional critical thinker" Allen Snyder is "published" at liberalslant.com, the same site that just recently printed a long screed in which some lunatic spent thousands of words spinning a hilarious conspiracy theory that blamed the Wellstone plane crash on "CIA death rays". Such mind-expanding THINKING. Such perfect company for Snyder's rants.

He is not a professor. He is probably a part-time instructor at a junior college.

Yep, I nailed it. He teaches at a techinical junior college in Knoxville, Tennessee. Here is another piece of crap he wrote called
FINALLY FASCIST. The left really has an obsession with trying to convince people that a commander in chief who is stopping the torturing and rape rooms and setting people free is actually a conquering Nazi. It is remarkable. I wonder what he thought of Bosnia where we clearly had no national interest and a bad guy did not attack any of his neighbors.

I'd like to tell this a$$hole that Bubbas come in good and bad forms. You see I come from the south (West Texas) and we got a whole bunch of Bubbas' down there. My son calls his son Bubba, I call him Nick. It has to do with a well placed nickname. This Yankee bastard will never understand the meaning of the title "Bubba" because the man has no heart, at least not the heart of the south. Bubba is an endearing term that transends language, it goes more to respect for the man, and it is a man thing (no girls named Bubba). Bubba can be just about anything Bubba wants to be, up to and including a college professor, or a judge, or a govenor. Bubba is a term that must be achieved, and that's why this anus will never understand it. Achievement in liberal slant is standing in the rain protesting everything America stands for (for an hour or so), Bubba means strong, it means friend, it means a port in the storm, it means the shirt off his back for a friend. Bubba means the difference between right and wrong (and Bubba is always on the right side). Bubba always is happy knowing he's doing the right thing. Bubba may be the butt of a joke but he smiles, turnes, and walks away. Bubba is a knight in shining armour, and he is afraid of nothing. Bubba is a man to be respected and never, but never, push Bubba too far. As much as Bubba likes peace he WILL protect and defend his land and his loved ones with his life.
Bubbas' are the salt of this earth, and to called one (in the south) is to be called 'King', for a damned good reason...you earned it!

What a steaming pile of condescending horseshit.
With attitudes like this, "Bubba" is in our pocket for some time to come.
Poor Bubbas have the common sense to know that they have either been taken off the tax rolls or have had their taxes reduced. Poor Bubbas know that Saddam Hussein was a sumbitch whose sumbitchery needed to be put a stop to. That's what this clueless, condescending prat fails to understand.
Bubbas, rich and poor, have the common sense that this writer appears to lack.
Be Seeing You,
Chris

I am a born and raised Southern boy. I don't especially like NASCAR that much, but beyond that, I am a product of the South, and I happen to be proud of it.
This assholes appraisal of 'bubbas' is about as ignorant, bigoted, and based on brain-dead stereotypes as the worst ranting of any KKK, nazi, islamist, pick your hater.
It is smug, self-righteuos pricks like this that represent the Democrat party to me. And that is why I don't vote democrat anymore.
Allen Snyder is an instructor of Philosophy and Ethics. Where? At a kindergarten for Marin county latte sippers? To hell with this dip$&%t.

"Bubbas afraid hes lost control, lost power, become a minority in his own country. Hes the victim of an evil liberal plot to de-white the country."
An' it's Tommy this, an' Tommy that, an' anything you please;
An' Tommy ain't a bloomin' fool -- you bet that Tommy sees!
"Everybody wants to take him down, make him pay, and the only ones who care are Republicans."
They know the Republicans don't care (look at Bush's amnesty program) but they're slightly better than the Democrats. Vichy as opposed to Nazis.
I'll bet dollars to doughnuts Mr. Snyder is gay. This level of vitriol more often than not indicates a gay author.

I'd like to catch the fella that wrote that article and let some of my friends of African descent that drive 4WDS, chew tobacco, and deer hunt "deal" with him. My God, there are some ignorant pinheads in this country.

True Rednecks come in all colors. Even colors that don't let you see the red in the neck, but it's still there.

Where in Gods green earth did you get those faulty stats? For heave's sake man, get a grip. New Orleans is a dump, but LA is not even comparable to NY. Look at the stats Johnson, the northeast enjoys more crime in almost every statistic, although some southern cities have inner city problems just like anywhere else.
Furthermore, the population patterns are mirroring economic growth patterns, which are trending to the south.

"Cause if theres one thing Bubba hates more than being out of beer on game day, its being made a fool of."Allen Snyder knows he's a fool. He wrote this piece for the benefit of his fellow fools so they feel better. It distracts them from focusing on their fooloshness, which sticks out like a sore thumb in this piece.

Although his loathesome and fearsome fellow-predator and "spouse," Bruno, will piss off senior senator Chucky Schemer and pose in Nooyorgyankee ball caps a while longer -- and will yet inspire outbreaks of endemic coast-to-coast outbreaks of projectile vomiting -- Bubba's days in politics are, thank God, over.
All we are left with, of Bubbah, are the consequences of his and his fellow predatory, treasonous, recidivist, un-and-anti-American, lying, looting, mass-murdering, co-serial-rapist chicom-agent henchmen having for a time so squalidly squatted and bemanured our beloved fraternal republic's previously most hallowed house.
And with the awesome task, from Peking to Paris and from Berlin to the Bekkah Valley, in every corner of the Earth still occupied by any of Bubbah's scores of allied psychopathologically-hesperophobic terrorist gangs, of cleaning up the dreadful detritus of the Bubba Gang's passage.

Democrats, on the other hand, are the party of Civil Rights, blacks, gays, feminism, the environment, international cooperation, and world peace all things Bubba thinks the world would be better without.C'mon, Allen! Don't you know your history? Were it not for the GOP, Civil Rights legislation would not have passed.
