KERRY FIGHTS OFF MEDIA PROBE OF RECENT ALLEGED INFIDELITY, RIVALS PREDICT RUIN
Drudge Report ^ | 2/12/2004 | MATT DRUDGE

Posted on 02/12/2004 9:02:31 AM PST by kellynla

A frantic behind-the-scenes drama is unfolding around Sen. John Kerry and his quest to lockup the Democratic nomination for president, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.

Intrigue surrounds a woman who recently fled the country, reportedly at the prodding of Kerry, the DRUDGE REPORT has learned.

A serious investigation of the woman and the nature of her relationship with Sen. John Kerry has been underway at TIME magazine, ABC NEWS, the WASHINGTON POST and the ASSOCIATED PRESS, where the woman in question once worked.

MORE

A close friend of the woman first approached a reporter late last year claiming fantastic stories -- stories that now threaten to turn the race for the presidency on its head!

In an off-the-record conversation with a dozen reporters earlier this week, General Wesley Clark plainly stated: "Kerry will implode over an intern issue." [Three reporters in attendance confirm Clark made the startling comments.]

The Kerry commotion is why Howard Dean has turned increasingly aggressive against Kerry in recent days, and is the key reason why Dean reversed his decision not to drop out of the race after Wisconsin, top campaign sources tell the DRUDGE REPORT.

And Hillary will withdraw her endorsement of soon-to-be-front-runner Edwards as soon as she (via Ol' Wesley) leaks something from Edwards' FBI files.

It's Hillary on the third ballot.

By looking at Kennedy I need to rethink the theory that black is so slimming.

So how did this woman marry a Democrat and become a Democrat. I'm not buying the story she was lonely after John Heinz was killed in the place crash in 91.

She married for one word: POWER

Oh, that Kerry - he's a wild man:

"First, we're gonna do it on the couch! Then, we're gonna do it on the kitchen table! Then, we gonna do it on the back porch! Then we're gonna go to your boyfriend's apartment and do him too!!"

"YYEEEAARRGGGGHHH!!"

It's Hillary on the third ballot.

THAT'S what I'm worried about. Could it happen?

*PING*

I've been saying for weeks that Dean was still alive, but not even I was believing it recently. If this story is true, Dean's going to have an excellent chance of winning in Wisconsin and on Super Tuesday (although John Edwards will obviously have a say on the matter).

Notice the nearly perfect resemblance of Teddy (the Human Zipcode) Kennedy to Marlon Brando in Apocalypse Now? If Teddy shaved his head and had himself photographed in half-shaddow, the resemblance would be identical.

Somebody needs to tell this guy that beyond a certain point, weaving black is not "slimming," it is merely ridiculous. It's like putting lipstick on a pig.

If anything, this will put some wind back inthe sails of Edwards & Dean. Perhaps they will all continue slinging mud at each other all through the summer...

(although John Edwards will obviously have a say on the matter).

If Edwards ever catches on, he could be very tough in November.

I've always feared Edwards the most.

I couldn't find this already posted.

Don't worry about it. If you get flamed by someone for a repeat post, who cares? This is great news that could really shake up the '04 elections, and if FR has two or three duplicate threads on it for awhile, good, more people will see it. Besides, like you, I and numerous other Freepers aren't online 24/7 keeping tabs on every byte posted here. This calls for a new tag line...

What makes one think that if the entire Drudge report on Kerry is 100 percent true that it would make the slightest difference to voters? After all, did not voters in 1992 decide that what a politican does "in private" is "private" and beyond the purview of voters so long as the politican "does his job."?
