Have we ever had a president named Dennis?

I don't know what his point was in bringing up Clinton, who didn't go to Congress, as a comparison to Bush, who did. It seems to me that he proved the point, Congress okayed the action in Iraq. I know...that whole segment from Kerry is an ad for the RNC.
To: Mo1
I wish they would ask Kerry just HOW LONG he would have left all those troops frying in the desert with their equipment and morale going to heck in a handbasket. Would they still be sitting there?
Is a "threat" perishable?

This could be a Dukakis moment. Maybe it will catch fire.

"Kerry's tortured semantics won't hold up in a debate with the President."
I hope you're right. Kerry was a debating champion in college. All that means though is that he's a bull$hitter par excellance.

Kucinich and Sharpton get to make statements on Iraq, then Larry King said they'll move on to domestic issues.
That's my cue to finish cleaning the kitchen and get ready to watch The Apprentice in 10 minutes.
Oh, pompous Kerry interrupts Dennis.
Mo, you may be right. Kerry just made another definitive "I never said that" statement. I agree, it will be useful to file away a transcript for future reference if we can get our hands on one. I've had enough of these guys tonight.

With his support of death penalty (vs. Kerry's opposition), Edwards is certainly more electable than Kerry in a general election. But its a big negative for a liberal primary electorate.

Didn't Kucinich get about 30% of the vote in Hawaii? Of course by this point that could just be a "not Kerry" vote.
To: Monty22
Now Kerry says the President has a hatred for Aristed.
**Sigh**
To: Right_in_Virginia
Kerry: The Bush administration has a "theological" hatred for Aristide.
I'm serious...he said that.

Did Kerry just accuse the Bush administration of theological hatred?

Naw... unless John Efing says he would strangle Michael Jackson or Rosie O' with his bare hands. That would thunderstrike the Hollywood Left!
