TWO WITNESSES COULD END KERRY PRESIDENTIAL RUN -- "The Phoenix Project"

THOMAS LIPSCOMB STORY

Reporter Thomas Lipscomb wrote the story which is linked above in the NY SUN. It has the potential to end the Kerry presdential run.

I had a great conversation with Lipscomb a short while ago. This story was too hot for some of the majors. But Lipscomb assured me it is well-sourced and is dead on.

Two witnesses have placed John Kerry at a Kansas City meeting of the hierarchy of the Vietnam Veterans Against the War in November of 1971. At that meeting, they actually took a vote about assassinating United States senators. It was called "The Phoenix Project" and was the brainchild of Scott Camil. Kerry spokesman David Wade has denied Kerry was at the meeting.

The two witnesses who place Kerry at the meeting are Terry Du-Bose and Randy Barnes. What is very interesting is that Barnes is a big Kerry supporter and the head of Missouri Vets for Kerry. As a supporter, Barnes would certainly not make up a story that would hurt his candidate. He told Lipscomb of Kerry's attendance at the meeting.

Think of the implications. If the mainsteam media and major news networks do their homework, they may discover that a man who wants to be president was at a meeting discussing the possiblity of assassinating United States senators. That is a conspiracy. Instead of the White House, does John Forbes Kerry belong in the Big House?

Get on the phone to newsrooms and shame them into covering this story. A major mainsteam journalist returned by email in about a half hour after I sent him info. He finds it "interesting." Let's see if pursues it. He is notable enough, that if he does the story, all hell will break loose in the presidential campaign.

Note: Lipscomb is not a right-wing ideologue. He did a recent story defending Kerry over his medals. He also recently did a story in which he went after George Bush's National Guard service. He told me that he expected to find a drunken rich kid with coke up his nose. Instead, he discovered that Bush actually did more than make up the meetings he had missed and he honorably fulfilled his duty. And Terry McAuliffe knows it.

As far as I know, no one has standing to prevent Kerry from taking office if he won the election. The remedy is impeachment and conviction.

Another good one! I watched Hannity late last night. It seems the 'crooks and liars' comment made by Kerry was directed at 'internet sources who feed material to people like Hannity'!!

Kerry must think 'we internet sources' are being directed by the President, LOL.

He'll come off looking better in the end. Bank on it.

The guy who came up with the assassination plot is named Scott Camil and he confirms he wanted to do it. He also was contacted last week by the Kerry campaign when they were in Orlando, Florida, and they invited him to join them and he's accepted.

Why would the Kerry campaign reach out to such a person?

Because Kerry was revolted at how the man's mind works? Evidently not.

A bump for Traitor Kerry.

Vote for Kerry if you want to see massacres on the NY subway system like they just had in Madrid.

The short answer is: no, a private citizen cannot bring charges of treason against anyone; one generally requires indictment by a Federal grand jury. Without going into any great detail regarding treason doctrine (more controversial than one might think), I would merely note that it is insufficient to present two witnesses to the treasonous act - although the Constitution specifies no further requirement. By long-established precedent, there are two elements that must be attested in order to secure a treason conviction: the (1) overt act, with (2) treasonable intent.

That latter element can be far more problematic than one would expect, since the treasonous act is not a priori evidence of treasonable intent.

".....Camil was contacted by the Kerry campaign and was invited to join and accepted."

Very interesting that Camil is now working for Kerry and so is one of the witnesses. Very interesting. Makes it more difficult for the Kerry campaign/media to trash/demonize both of the witnesses if they were invited to work for Kerry.

Call me optimistic/gullible, but I don't see the Hitlery theory. She's WORSE THAN KERRY. Did you see Kerry walk up to her on his way to the "No Apology News Conference"? She was standing against the wall with Chuckie Screwmer and Kerry walked up to her and slightly hugged her and kept walking. Well, everyone followed Kerry after he acknowledged them, but not Hitlery. She turned and went the opposite direction. I found that odd. When does she ever miss the opportunity to get her mug on TV? Chuckie followed, why not Hill?

John Kerry said, "I was there, I know those people they were my friends. I was not really there I don't know those people." "Are you questioning my Patriotism?"

...."Who? What about the President and his changing the rules on assassinating world leaders?"

Tom Daschle was deeply saddened and very concerned.

Ted Kennedy said something no one understood then had another drink.

Oh, yeah. Kerry is an idiot and thinks his followers are too !

Oh ! I guess his followers are ! haha!

If he claims that 'Liars and Crooks' comment to have been intended for Freepers that make FAKE Kerry-Fonda pics, then that is great ! BUT !!! ... it's really a cop-out ! He's trying to wiggle out of an indefensible, broadbrush swipe at the GOP and everybody knows that [or should know it] ! A typical Class Warfare tactic by Kerry. Using that as an excuse to paint the GOP as a dirty 'Attack Machine' got roaring kudos from his FAR-LEFT base I'm sure.

Kerry calling the GOP crooks and liars and then accusing the GOP 'attack machine' of attack ads. Sheesh ! I think I saw on FOX last night that Kerry has run like 16:1 ratio of 'attack' ads. SIXTEEN Kerry 'attack ads' against Bush to ONE 'attack ad' by Bush against Kerry !

Kerry got caught by a microphone saying something he wouldn't say openly. Then attacks the GOP 'attack machine' ??

And, no. I don't equate Kerry's slipup to Bush's 'Clymer Major League A$$' comment either.

Bush correctly identified a 'Clymer' for what he was.

Don't underestimate Kerry. He wasn't "caught" with a mic, it was a well planned out scenario, aimed at the unknowing and undecided voters, and aided and abetted by the mainstream media.

My 21 year old son is very apolitical. If anything, he leans to the left a bit. Yet when we had a conversation last night about Kerry and his past and present misdeeds, he compared him as having an "anti-Christ" persona. Although I've often thought that, I'd never spoken it out loud until we had this conversation.

So he did it intentionally and targeted to Independents/swing voters and you
think it's backfiring on him then ?

Is that what you are saying ?

Instead of the White House, does John Forbes Kerry belong in the Big House?

Yes. Not only did he admit to committing war crimes in Viet Nam, he did not report crimes he allegedly witnessed. He had knowledge of this conspiracy to assassinate political rivals and again said nothing.
Of course, plots to assassinate were pretty common among the wild eyed radicals of the time. Most were just BS to impress friends and get women.
