Hispanics aren't necessarily "non-white", either in skin tone or in culture. That's why this is all rather bogus even on any factual level.

And I agree with others that even if it -were- true, who cares? Skin color isn't the problem, a refusal to partially assimilate in the name of "diversity" is. (note: I have no problem with people maintaining their extra-national cultural heritage to a degree - it's when they take it to the extreme of rejecting the domestic cultural heritage that there's a big problem)

I say all this, btw, as a Cuban American.

Define "white". My skin tone is more eggshell/ecru with slight yellow/gold undertones if I out in the sun. (I burn easy, so I usually dont).

Now if we are speaking of ancestry..thats a different story. (Mine is UK/Ireland)

What "race" is destroying itself? Given what an utter leftist disaster "White" Europe is now, this article comes as very good news. Bring on the increasingly conservative and increasingly Christian Hispanics and Asians, imho. They'll be much better Americans than any White Europeans immigrating today will ever be.

I don't mean to disparage anyone, but to ignore the fact that minorities are heavily tilted toward the Democrats, and that new immigrants, typically poorer, will vote Democrat is just naive. Demographics are going to kill conservatism in America.

The only hope is that as minorities and the children of immigrants grow wealthier and enjoy prosperity they will tilt back toward the right.
