For some clergy, legal abortion is a basic right
Chicago Tribune ^ | 04.21.04

Sister Donna Quinn, a Palos Hills resident, attended the last two and is flying to this one with four other nuns. Rev. Nan Conser, a retired United Church of Christ minister in Golf, never went before but is going with a group of 10 clergy and lay people. Rev. Larry Greenfield, an American Baptist minister who leads Hyde Park Union Church, couldn't make it last time, but said he wouldn't miss this one for anything.

Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight!

Yeah, well, God gave us free will and we're all going to have to account for how we used it.

Not a member of the Chicago Trashbune, so I couldn't access the article. Is it a fair accessment to say these named 'religious' folk are not going to miss the pro-infanticide marches planned by Satan's spawn? Isn't it scary that some claiming to speak and interpose for God The Father Almighty, maker of Heaven and Earth, giver of Life, proudly support and defend the hiring of a serial killer to slaughtewr innocent, alive, unborn children? Can you say 'end times, last hours'?

They don't represent the Judeo Christian God. Instead they are the mouthpiece for the adversary.

A little research on "Sister" Donna Quinn

"Gay people have been the objects of derision and scorn. They have been abused, denied, and their pastoral needs have been ignored," said Sister Donna Quinn, an NCAN board member and director of Chicago Catholic Women.

Oct 13: US Women's Group wants Women Priests discussed: A group led by Sister Donna Quinn, a Chicago nun, plans to hold protests in St. Peter's Square during the synod. "The priesthood is the fundamental part of the Church and without the ability to become priests, everything else is irrelevant," said Quinn.

Perhaps someone should have these nuns watch an endless loop of the scourging scene from "The Passion"...

A very holy priest once said to me, "don't look for Satan in Las Vegas -- he has them already. He's beating down the doors of the Church..."

Neither was I until a few minutes ago, just make up a name and password put main street as your address and so on. You can even use a fake e mail address; however, if you want to see another article later on you will have to reregister over again with different information.

"He could be talking about Daniel Maguire, an ex-Catholic priest and author of the 2001 "Sacred Choices: The Right to Contraception and Abortion in Ten World Religions" who hopes to attend the march. Maguire has said that abortion for the right reasons is "a holy choice, a sacred choice" because it lifts the oppression of people by restoring their right to choose."

Abortion a holy and sacred choice??? Another example of calling what is evil good!! I do not understand how a Christian can stay in a church that continues to allow people who believe in abortion to remain. How can someone remain in a Christian church that does not discipline it's members - it is scriptural to discipline and remove those who disobey. Prolife Christians need to support the Christian Churches that are standing firm against the abortion enemy and taking the arrows!

The UCC has been heading straight to hell for years. In 1999, it issued "Now No Condemnation", which was a pro-homosexual, pro-pedophilia and anti-Christian diatribe.

The UCC sponsored the now famous attack upon the Boy Scouts of America. Openly queer scout masters(I kid you not) were denied the right to take our sons out into the woods for some good clean fun. Only a 5-4 margin of the USSC felt that this was a bad idea!

When I was in seminary, a UCC husband/wife that led a lunch table group, declared that openly homosexual couples made better adoptive parents than normal heterosexual parents. Because my wife and I are adoptive parents, I took exception to their remarks and broke communion with them. Guess how that Presbyterian (PCUSA) seminary responded to our little boycott? You guessed it, I was the intolerant one that needed to seek forgiveness.

Looks like he's in already as apostate priests and nuns. We were warned by the Popes in their encyclicals regarding the evils of communism and Satan.

Thanks, so she's just your average frustrated, apostate, left-wing, feminist lesbian nun.

Who belongs to an organization that wants Cardinal Ratzinger to resign because of his stance on church issues.

"a holy choice" I'm almost crying from reading that.

A little life snuffed out is a 'holy' choice??? Oh my God.

"Another example of calling what is evil good!!"

Amen.

Kerry is going to have to come out strong for abortion if he wants to keep his base. In that case, shouldn't the Catholic Church deny him communion?
