9/11 SUSPECT GOT BERG'S E-MAIL PASSWORD

May 14, 2004 -- Nick Berg, the young American beheaded by terrorists in Iraq, had an earlier encounter with a Muslim fanatic - and inadvertently provided accused 9/11 al Qaeda operative Zacarias Moussaoui with his e-mail password. The bizarre twist was confirmed by the Justice Department and Berg's father. In what one Justice official described as a "coincidental" link, both the telecommunications whiz from West Chester, Pa., and the accused 9/11 conspirator were in Norman, Okla., in 2000.

This entire situation has gone beyond the realm of probability and simple coincidence.

This was an attempt by the lunatic lib dad to preempt more questions about this unusual family.

Before this is over, this mess may end up being a clear warning of what happens when lunatic libs get into bed with those who want to kill Americans.

Your SWAG below sound plausible enough to be a chapter in a new book about the enemies within:

One purely speculative theory of mine is this:
Berg was in Iraq with the comm tower non-job for cover-for-action to travel around odd places.

His real mission was to act as a messenger, trying to become a go-between from Int'l A.N.S.W.E.R. to Al Queda. I mean, ANSWER can't exactly just pick up a phone to call Al Queda. To communicate with them, you have to GO to where they ARE, and fish around dropping hints, until you're picked up.

That's when you tell them the glorious news: you have come from a group "allied in the struggle against the Western imperialists" yadda yadda. You have a message, and an offer to coordinate activities, or perhaps hints on how to tweak their operations for the best effect, IOW, what and when to pull an operation which will result in the defeat of George W. Bush in November.

You expect to be treated fairly well, perhaps roughed up like the fake Japanese hostages/peace activists. After all, you can't talk to Al Queda, and just walk away like nothing happened.

But they saw the Jewish name Berg, and the Israeli passport stamp, and that trumped his ANSWER credentials. When the AG Prison scandal hit the papers.... Nick went on to serve a higher Al Queda purpose: human sacrifice on film.

That's why Daddy Berg (Mr. ANSWER) said "They killed their best friend."

The above is pure speculation on my part.

"He had an Iraqi uncle too. Went to visit him."

Where did you get this data?

One more non coincidence in this weird mess.

You might want to use this cartoon as a leadin for your index on this Berg mess like the picture re Portland's Islamofascist love affair.

If you do, please send me the html code by Freep Mail so I can help you spread the word like with the Portland Freeway picture.

I will try.

I was off the board yesterday for most of the day, and your reply re the uncle was the first that I had seen.

However, that data is documented throughout FR and on the search machines.

Har har. I suppose he "inadvertently" provided Moussaoui with his login name too?

In fairness, his login name was probably public knowledge, most likely derivable from a system wide scheme imposed by the university computer dept, such as firstname, last initial @OKU.edu

Students are unlikely to get any discretion in choosing their login name , staff need to be able to email them and therefore work out their address easily.

At one point some terrorists had a system set up where they would comminicate by email, but they would not send it. Instead, they both shared the same hotmail account and saved their messages in the 'Draft's folder. Then the other would log into the account and read them. Could that be what we had going on here?

Someone on another thread speculated the very same thing.....it certainly is plausible.

"..........how ominious is it that he worked for the Republican Convention?..........."

(!)

I'm also looking at his kneeling, jumpsuit pik in a different light......His beard is cut in a Islamic manner, is it not? Is this camoflage so he can travel in the Middle East, or is it to show his solidarity with his fellow Jihadists?

An intersting excerpt from one of his emails: "The other interesting thing about this area is that, for some reason, there are supposedly a good deal of Iranian spies who wander over and sneak about. This actually became quite relevant to my stay in Diwaniya. Isn't this starting to read like a mystery novel..." so strange. And how are Iranian spies relevant to his stay???

The plot thickens. Berg, who barely spoke a word of Arabic, was hauling around a Farsi prayer book. Why????

My theory: it's a "physical password" or proof of bona fides. Iranian contact A says, "go here and meet Big Abdul, give him this book. He'll take you to who you need to meet."

Contact A underlines certain lines in the book, a very low-level "prayer code." The underlined or tic marked passage says to Big Abdul, "trust this infidel, pass him up the chain."

Or, it means, "This stupid American Jew could be useful. Do with him what you want."

Nicholas Berg: A life of adventure

He saw his trip to Iraq, his father said, as an adventure, but one that fit into his ideology. He was a war supporter and backed the Bush administration. He helped set up electronics equipment at the Republican National Convention in Philadelphia in 2000.
