Gore demands six resignations

Citing what he called "arrogance, willfulness and bungling" by President Bush in his foreign policy, Al Gore yesterday blamed flawed policies for the abuse of Iraqi prisoners and said six administration officials should resign because of the Iraq situation.

In a fiery speech at New York University -- sponsored by the political action committee of the liberal group MoveOn.org -- the former vice president called for the resignations of Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, CIA Director George J. Tenet, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, and Douglas J. Feith and Stephen A. Cambone, both undersecretaries of defense.

Exhibit A) Al Gore yesterday blamed flawed policies for the abuse of Iraqi prisoners and said six administration officials should resign because of the Iraq situation.

Exhibit B) Meanwhile, Mr. Gore heaped praise on Democratic presidential contender Sen. John Kerry....

(April, 1971 audio transcript from Meet the Press)
John Kerry:"Yes, I committed the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers have committed, in that… I took part in shootings in free fire zones, I conducted harassment and interdiction fire, I used 50 caliber machine guns which we were granted…ordered to use, which were our only weapon against people. Uh, I took part in search and destroy missions, in the burning of villages. All of this, is contrary to the laws of warfare, all of this is contrary to the Geneva conventions. Meanwhile: Yes, I committed the same kind of atrocities as thousands of other soldiers have committed, in that… I took part in shootings in free fire zones, I conducted harassment and interdiction fire, I used 50 caliber machine guns which we were granted…ordered to use, which were our only weapon against people. So Algore has come out firmly on the side of the terrorists. I'm surprised he didn't turn and spit on the American flags behind him.

This coming from a guy who served on an administration which bombed innocent Serb civilians in order to advance Muslim terror in the Balkans (and divert attention from its own corruption).

Is it sedition? Treason? Aiding and abetting the enemy?

Distasteful when done by Hollywierdos - actionable when done by someone the terrorists can look to as an ally?

Albert Gore, Jr is seriously at odds with reality. The man is embarrassing to watch. To see him is painful. I watched the reports this afternoon and I was sorry for him. He is totally washed up in any sort of political contest. His credibility is a total zero and he causes the people around him to take on the aspect of a crowd of rubber-neckers gawking at some unfortunate having a fit. It's like watching someone trying to be very correct and proper with his fly gaping open.

On the other hand, I say, "Get to it Al. Everytime you open your face it proves costly to the democrats, and anything like that can't be all wrong." Everyone this moron endorses gets the "kiss of death."

'Spotted Al' is really pathetic. It is obvious that he has slipped into delusions of grandeur. The man needs help, and adequate medication with drugs like Thorazine and Stelazine, because he is clearly psychotic.

Hey Al Gore, Shut Up and Move On. Get a life already (or at least try to hold down a job, that teaching thing didn't seem to work out, did it?).

What the heck is up with this whole influx of resignation demands? I'm guessing it's yet another DNC/Mainstream Media talking point. This probably won't be the last time a prominent lib utters "demand" and "resign" in the same sentence.

They should all resign and be imprisoned for the following crimes:

Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld - took 900K bribe from Bernie Schwartz and kept him out of prison for selling missile secrets to the Chicoms

National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice - ripped off the Cattle Futures market to the tune of 100K and hid billing records under subpoena

CIA Director George J. Tenet - raped nursing home owner and assaulted woman in the White House who came begging for a job

Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz - committed perjury before a grand jury and had secretary hide evidence under her bed

Douglas J. Feith - presented false affidavit to a court and had law license revoked

Stephen A. Cambone - destroyed evidence and had thugs intimidate witnesses

Has the losing candidate of any presidential election ever been so critical of the winner's administration? Most losing candidates seem to have the sense enough to fade into relative obscurity.
Maybe he's unhinged by the realization that he will never, ever be president himself.

He is really nutting up. Maybe he needs Electro Convulsive Therapy. Yes, it is still done and can be quite effective at relieving the type of manic, irrational, angry behavior that Gore exhibits.

Gore's speech, if it gets a lot of play, may be the RATS' Wellstone moment of the campaign. They are definitely ratcheting up the rhetoric lately --- first Robert Reich, then Hillary!, now Algore. This will backfire.

But I don't expect the speech to get much play. It appears to be buried in the Slimes.

"Never be President"? Hell, he'll spend the rest of his days being laughed at by small boys and having dogs sicced on him. This man is becoming..is the epitome of the political cartoon character. Only he's not funny.

Albert Gore Junior peaked in high school. He just thinks because he successfully won his father's Senatorial seat (after failing in school) that he was onto bigger and better things.

John Kerry peaked too. He could have lived in the Senate until retirement without anyone realizing how useless he was (the national press wasn't as closely focused on his flip flops then).

Yet another moronic tirade from Gore. Doesn't he realize his 15 minutes expired 4 years ago? He's too much of a nitwit to realize that Tenet was appointed by Clinton. Really, I think he's more of a detrement to Kerry than an asset. Let him blather and demogogue all he likes.....PLEASE!
