Citing what he called "arrogance, willfulness and bungling" by President Bush in his foreign policy, Al Gore yesterday blamed flawed policies for the abuse of Iraqi prisoners and said six administration officials should resign because of the Iraq situation.

In a fiery speech at New York University -- sponsored by the political action committee of the liberal group MoveOn.org -- the former vice president called for the resignations of Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice, CIA Director George J. Tenet, Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz, and Douglas J. Feith and Stephen A. Cambone, both undersecretaries of defense.

Or for bombing the aspirin factory in Khartoum.

This is typical liberal claptrap. Act tough when you are out of office, but wimp out when you actually hold the reins of power.

Sorry, Al, you had your chance; muffed it.

Give me a break. The butcher of Waco didn't resign over the torture en masse and immolation of over 80 men, women, and children, many of whom were American citizens.

Who the F is this fat creep to demand anyone's resignation? He's a loony bird, and someone should drop a net over him. I just watched a Fox show, and Charles Krauthammer said, "It appears that Al Gore is off his lithium".
Liberals are notorious for demanding apologies, and now they're into demanding resignations, their latest battlecry.
I demand that algore shut the F up!

I demand he stop shaming the United States of America, rescind his citizenship, and move anywhere else. How about Zimbabwe?

If we could get the American people to really contemplate where we would be right now if Gore had been president, his compatriot JFKerry wouldn't have a chance.

Maybe he could, who knows, be however who wants to stick around for 20 hours waiting for him to finally talk his way to the punch line?

Gorebot's call comes after he refused to have the guts to call for Clinton to resign. That idiot could have been president and likely would have beat Bush in 2000. What a fool. He could have boosted the Democrats' image in the public mind, become president and earned a great place in history but he was too moronic to take his chance.

If he was this passionate about the outrageous behavior in his own administration he might have some credibility. What a dork.
