Greg Summers (aka Sultan88) paased away this morning in a Petersburg, Virginia hospital. He's been sick for some time, but this news came as a total shock to me.
Greg was a kind, gentle man, who had a passion for all things that make America great...I am honored to consider him a good FRiend and he will be greatly missed by myself and all those who got to know his wisdom and sense of humor on FR.com. This is simply devastating news!!
My prayers go out to his family, including his son who we've come to know as 'yankhater" around here.

I am sorry I never checked out Sultan88's FR homepage before. As a baseball coach and a Penn State grad myself, Sultan88 was definitely my kind of guy. His presence here on FR will surely be missed.
I have been in several fantasy leagues with him over the years and believe me, he was a competative person. He had a bite when he was angry. He would never put you down but would sure speak his mind.
I never did get a chance to hook up and meet him. We tried the last time my soccer team visited Richmond but timing just wouldn't allow it. My regret there.
I am so glad that I got to know him over the internet. Good bye my friend. Many Prayers are being sent in your memory.
