This is an act of desperation, plain and simple.

actually, to compare fox news' ratings against the sum of the ratings of rest of the cable news nets may be a good predictor of this novs election results.

"This is an act of desperation, plain and simple."

It truly is, these people are in complete melt down. They are under the bed drinking the cheap whiskey. Kedwards is their metrosexual man, and the best they can do is sue Fox News over its slogan. Yeah, that's working for me, not.

Know my reply to moveon?

Fox news IS Fair and Balanced but hey, ya know what? I say to them if ya don't like it don't watch it. What goes around comes around and personally I'm sick and tired of this group of whiners. Everhthing is OK when they do it but not us. Fox needs to stand up and tell them what for. Well, deal with it Moveon.org or whatever it is cause Fox News is HERE TO STAY!!!

They may be trying to head off being shutdown themselves
when the BCRA kicks in shortly.

It's hard to see what standing the complaint has, because
Fox for the most part is NOT selling a product that people
directly pay for (otherwise, I'm sure they could get some
of Edwards' cronies to file a class action on behalf of
the injured :-)

But it might serve Fox to change their tag line.
When you blend truth with falsehood,
the result is still not truth.

Seems to fit with Ralph Naders comments about a democratic "watergate". Dick Morris has said that the "clinton plumbers" were involved in this election, And pat Cadell said that the "Vampires" working for thedemocrats would expose themselves when the time was right.

Thats 3 lefties all saying that the democrats are up to no good.

HEY, Elton John!!Look what MoveOn.org a libera advocacy group is trying to do to Fox News. Is this what you meant by; "bullying tactics", "fear factor", "hindering free speach" and "censorship in U.S."?

MoveOn.org

O.K. - Then by their logic, we could sue them for not moving on, right?

And when will they sue over "All the news thats fit to print"?

I remember reading a New York Times parody as a child (Mad magazine, I think), where their slogan was "All the news that fits, we print."

I now think that it should be "All the news that fits our agenda, we print."

It means that the basenote poster re-typed the abstract,
instead of doing a copy'n'paste. The original article
does not contain that typo.
