Of course Islam is a false religion, but last time I checked, the First Amendment just calls for free exercise and no establishment. It doesn't say that a religion must be true for its practice to be protected. Do you really want to go back to the days of Elizabethan priest holes, or the days where John Locke can call for toleration of all religions except for Catholicism because it is a threat to the state?

Let's hope this idea gains momentum in the west. Who knows, they might even wise up in Washington.
Islam is, as Islam does, or "by their fruits ye shall know them."
YAWN
They have practised the forcible extermination of all cultures and religions as soon as they acquire the strength to do so. All "peace" is just marking time till they have the required strength. Just as their false profit Mohammed taught them.
Think you have a slight typo so took the liberty of changing it
;)
Indonesia has become an islamic nation through colonization, not violent jihad. This virus masquerading as a religion has numerous modalities. Left unchecked, the result is always the same. Usurpation of the hosts life force to further spread the disease.
If individual Moslems are criminals or foment violent jihad on the basis of religion, boot 'em out.
The war on terror is, in large measure, a war of preemption. Withholding action until after violence, mayhem and death have occurred can prove to be an extreme tactical error. This is a risk that increasing numbers of Norwegians (and Americans) are no longer willing to accept.
Any muslim who does not vociferously renounce the wahabbi jihadist will remain under suspicion. If they do not make themselves an enemy of the terrorist, they will be an enemy to me.
I added you to the list.
Bush Lied: Islam is a religion of peace
That's what I thought you meant.
Too many people here try to have it both ways. Congratulations.
Your praise is accepted, thank you.
Unam Sanctam did not read Koran yet. At least not very carefuly.
I asked, "What is your intrepetation of the koran as pertaining to infidels?"
Unam Sanctam replied, "My interpretation is irrelevant. But we should encourage those with beign interpretation and outlaw the practice of malign interpretations."
I asked, "So who's interpretation is correct? (In other words, what are you basing your Pro Islam attitude on?)"
He has not responded as of yet and I don't expect him to.
I trust NO muslimes.
No thanks.
Exploding cars, homicide bombers, beheadings, and massacres of children are best seen at a distance, if at all.
The ideology of islam needs to be exterminated .... completely .... forever.
Norwegians remain split over EU membership

I totally disagree. We banned the Shinto religion in Japan after we defeated them in WWII. The plain and cold truth of the matter is that Islam posess the single largest threat to liberty and freedom every where. These people willingness and desire to kill and die in the name of their god renders them a significant public threat. We regulate what chemicals can and cannot be used in public. Why not religion? Ban Islam. Jail it's practishioners. Execute those who call for jihad.
