John Kerry's Brazen Advocacy For North Vietnam
Insight ^ | July 23, 2004

Posted on 07/23/2004 6:09:45 PM PDT by Tailgunner Joe

Even the stomach of the liberal-left Village Voice has turned at John Kerry's role as chairman of the Senate Select Committee on POW/MIA Affairs in covering up the substantial body of evidence that captured American servicemen were held back by the North Vietnamese to assure U.S. performance on peace agreements.

On Sept. 21, 1992, former CIA director and secretary of defense James Schlesinger told the Kerry committee flatly that Americans were left behind in Vietnam. The precise numbers were a matter of record.

Sworn affidavits say that Kerry gave orders on or before April 9, 1992, to shred intelligence evidence he had promised would be turned over to the National Archives.

Kerry moved fiercely to "clear" the North Vietnamese. In 1993, a Boston-based company headed by Kerry cousin C. Stuart Forbes was given a $1 Billion contract to develop a Vietnamese deep-sea port through an off-shore subsidiary. In 1994, Clinton lifted the U.S. trade embargo on Vietnam and in 1995 he recognized Hanoi (see picture above). for further details see "POW/MIA Freedom Fighters"

It was Kerry's and N. Vietnam's mutual love for each other that made him such an asset to Sen. John McCain's work trying to get the release (and bodies) of POW/MIAs. Which work is not over yet, and why McCain is reluctant to alienate him.

The "Vote for Kerry" TV commercial that has been playing repeatedly (locally) has Edwards, in a booming voice, exhorting Kerry as a man that would "never leave a man behind" and "just ask the men that served under him 30 years ago - and that still stand by him," etc.

It seems to anticipate this.

Looks like Berger to me.

That makes sense, seeing how he's up to his ears in communist Chinese money.

As we move into this election season, we have to remember that JohnF'nKerry was a high ranking member of the VVAW in the 70's and that they contemplated assassinating congressional leaders! It is questionable as to whether he was still a member at the time of that VVAW vote.......

kerry, testimony before Congress, 22 April, 1971, kerry says, "I have been to Paris. I have talked with both delegations at the peace talks, that is to say the Democratic Republic of Vietnam and the Provisional Revolutionary Government,...."*(not on any authorised mission by the U.S. Government or by the U.S. military, kerry and his VVAW group meets and negotiates with the then enemy).

*excerpted from the Official U.S. Congressional Record dated 22 April, 1971.

"revamp the U.S. military", read as kerry's plan to PURGE the U.S. Military of Pro U.S. Military Veterans and Republicans, make it totally dependant on U.N. forces support for any significant achievement capable military(similar to france, germany, etc.), Turn home based U.S. Armed Forces, Intelligence agencies and Law Enforcement agencies into the democratic party's{including CPUSA and DSA} Praetorian Guard!!!!

kerry stabbed U.S. in the back continually since his return from Viet Nam. How much more backstabbing from this 22 April, 1971 testimony(self confessed traitor) before Congress that he(kerry) met with the then enemy in Paris, are we supposed to stand????
