My local news affiliate is giving the Kerry story a McCain spin, as in, "John McCain condemns the attacks against John Kerry's war records." End of story. That's all the public is being fed by the mainstream media.

I heard John McCain on FOX, back in December ( I think that it was Hannity and Colmes), say that John Kerry's anti-war activities were used to taunt them and demoralize them while they were imprisoned in Hanoi.

“First Down Kerry”, I was called, Air Cav had come to town.

This is the part I'll never forgive John Kerry for - he betrayed us and he betrayed the whole country with his BS stories for the press and Congress.

The big question, still unanswered, is who wrote those statements he made? It sure as heck wasn't just him - and why did he meet with the North Vietnamese in Paris?

He is a traitor and should never have been elected Dog Catcher, much less a US Senator.

Kerry was so determined to get into Congress that he calculatedly established residencies in three separate districts in order to better position himself for a run.

The joke in Massachsetts was that he needed a real estate agent not a campaign manager.

If that is the sort of poor decision making ability he showed to those who searved with him, it explains how he could side with the enemy when he was out of the Navy.

My cousin was in Bremerton's Veteran's Hospital in 1969 with an injury that awarded him a bronze star and a purple heart. He remembers that day when John Kerry was on TV throwing his medals away. The men on that ward shouted every cuss word in the book at the TV. These were Marines who sacrificed dearly for their country. They were so mad, that some had to be held back from putting their crutches through the TV. Some were in such rage they were sobbing and without words to express their rage. Did John Kerry even consider his actions? Did he even worry about how he would affect the lives of those in enemy prison camps? Surely when he was going though Officer's Candidate's School he was told about the proper conduct of an officer and the danger of giving support to the enemy.

Kerry's behavior after the Navy showed that he was reckless and obsessed with his own selfish ambition. It is that character that his swift boat team members remember and are not going to let this country "shove it" under the rug.

The pertinent question about the "hateful rage" is not whether, but when. A day in eternity of wrath is coming if certain people won't repent, which by comparison will make your "hateful rage" seem like an expression of petty annoyance.
