I'm sure some of them are the same ones who went to Philly.

Let's hope the rabid, frothing at the mouth leftist lunatics get plenty of airtime during the convention. These people will be a major turnoff to middle America.

"The Republicans will do all they can to make the street protesters look like the disruptive, concealed and explosive heart of the Democratic party..."Yes, well, that's because they are the disruptive, concealed and explosive heart of the Dem party.

And don't forget the marbles they plan on throwing under the police horses' feet. They should be tarred and feathered for even thinking of such a thing. They need a good, swift ass kicking if they hurt one of those horses.

I'm irked that a church was used for their conniving. St. Marks is an old historic church from colonial times. Peter Stuyvesant is buried there. Episcopalian.

In a park nearby another man, inexplicably attired in a red minidress... "Inexplicably"?
Mind you - this is the Lower East Side.
Even the writer knew that the guy should have been wearing his "little black dress." It's correct for any occasion.

I think John F'n has gotten himself into the precarious position of juggling eggs with one foot in his mouth and the other on a banana peel.

After the huge protests hit would be a great time for the Pubs to show some 1970s clips of Kerry involved in those demonstrations.
Make the link for the people between the Dems of 70s and the Dems of today. Same ol' Leftists. Is that long-faced guy leaning in for a toke from his buddy?

I remember Chicago in '68, and Kent State a couple years later.
Here's hoping the Left shows its true face during the Convention, and that CNN carries it live.

The problem with these protests, as I see it, is that the protesters show no awareness that we are living in dangerous times, and that they are causing the police to expend needless energy corralling them when they should be looking out for bombs from al Queda. That shows Americans the total lack of common sense these people have and their egocentric messing with National security.

Thanks for the link.I see a LOT of sources for GIGANTIC trouble,in that lineup. There are NO permits for anything in Central Park and holding a protest, beginning on Wall Street (shades of VVAW),WILL cause vast problems.
As a matter of fact, most of this just may make quite a number of New Yorkers vote for President Bush.Unintended consequences look very likely.

Good to hear that the dems in NY don't want these backsides of donkey's there either. What they might not realize is that many of them aren't democrats, they are flat out communists who want nothing more than a complete overthrow of our way of government. They are vicious, violent, and dangerous.

I hate to say it...but this campaign year has become like a WWF wrestling match. The amount of scripting and unscheduled events (NJ governor resigns claiming he is gay). And we haven't even had the candidate verus candidate debates yet.

One anarchist group will hold a tea party outside the mayors mansion; other events include a Books not Bombs youth convergence, a hip-hop protest and party and a public reading of the American constitution. Wow. That will be a new experience for them!

Despite evidence that the veterans group is politically motivated and that several members have lied or contradicted themselves, the affair has swamped the Democratic campaign.
Talk about "politically motivated"! Just over the top...

These people must be funded somehow as it is plain that they have no gainful employment. Air travel and room and board takes money. I'm told that in NYC it takes a lot of money to sleep and eat. So where does the money come from? Is there a DNC conection? Perhaps Mr. Soros?
