exception for this guy who would show up next? Then the story

Why is it when a man acts honorably, beyond the letter of law--- as Ginsburg has done--- do we consider this a "loss" for our side?
Why do we not lift high Ginsburg's actions as an example of what should be done??

I think his name is Dave Roever (sp)........an inspirational man to say the least.
