Major Demonstration In Tehran!!!

It is being reported by Azadi Tv (Iranian Satellite TV) that between 200,000 to 400,000 Iranians have started a demonstration in front of Tehran University in support of Azhura Khaleghe Yazdi and it is still going on as we report this.

Dr Yazdi has been claiming that the Iranian regime will end next week when he returns to Iran.

It was an anti-regime demonstration using the pretext of the victory of Iran in the battle to free the city of Abadan in Iran/Iraq war. Then the anti demonstration police force was called in and they fled because of overwhelming resistance of people, so other forces were called in but, as it has been reported the clashes became sporadic and the crowd moved from there towards Amirabad and.

We also heard on Azadi Tv from Mr. Yazdi himself that the force called "Pasdaran" have called him and supported him for his return this week to Iran and said that if anybody harms their Iranian brothers and sisters they will fight with them and will fully support people!

More information will be posted as it develops...

I don't see Hilary in an October surprise that would get Kerry elected

LOL. Neither do I. I figured she'd be replacing him about then, but I don't think that anymore. The phony documents inoculate him against a last minute lying attack, and, if she can't win even with tricks and vote fraud, she'll just leave kerry to twist in the wind.

Now, why is so-called main stream media reporting it?

We need photos. Undisputable proof. MSM will be forced to report it.

The main stream media cannot ignore it completely but they can under report the figure of the turn out.

The media in Iran can only exist there as long as they don't cause the regime any problems, much as it was in Iraq. For instance, the main stream media in Iran are not allowed to film or go anywhere they want. They are restricted to that which the regime permits them.

It is possible that the numbers estimated by the "pro regime change" are inflated as well. I am told that people compared the size of the crowd to others that had been reported in the hundreds of thousands. Whatever is the truth, it appears that there is a large number of people excited about the anticipated return of Dr. Yazdi.

It is worth noting that the regime was unable to stop this. This is the first successful demonstration in quite some time due to the large numbers of law enforcement and military that they have repeatedly been brought into the streets. As in the past, many of these "law enforcement" forces have been foreign because the regime does not trust it's own law enforcement people. So the fact that the demonstration took place at all is a sign of success.

It is likely that most don't support Dr. Yazdi as much as they want an end to the regime and are willing to use this as an opportunity for change. We will know the truth in a few days.

Shades of 1979.

I hope the revolt gathers strength and support.

Let us hope the Zoroastrians, Bahai and Christians form the new government....another mohammedan government would be a disaster for Persia.

Doctor Z -

Have you already pointed folks to activistchat.com? Certainly seems to be a place to support "Free Iran".

this is the same Ayatollah that kick the American dead in the Iranian desert after the "Blue Light" mission failed.

Thanks for that reminder of why I loathe these Mullahs.

What is it with them and desecrating the dead ?

ActivistChat is a good group and we have worked together in the past. They did not have much news on this earlier today.

The Mullahs of Iran are a dangerous and sick bunch.

If you want to see what they say about the US visit:

There are some chilling videos there.

See video # 199 on page 5.

The demonstrations sound wonderful! I’m not so sure about Dr. Azdi though. A fairly detailed article about him can be found at http://www.ahura.info/documents/persian_heritage_interview_with_yazdi_eng.html.

BTW, Dr. Yazdi has been announcing his return to Iran this Friday by chartered aircraft.

It may just be the stuff I'm reading at the moment, but I mentioned last Friday that in 1917 there was a sealed train and a little fellow with a goatee named Lenin who kicked the entire Romanov empire over. Flashpoint stuff. Whatever Yazdi is himself may not matter so very much; what he is not, may.

Dr. Yazdi has scheduled a press conference for tomorrow, Monday September 27th at the National Press Club, Washington DC.

He will be speaking at 2PM EST.

I am sure they will post a streaming video copy of the conference at:

One item of interest from the interview with Dr. Azdi (http://www.ahura.info/documents/persian_heritage_interview_with_yazdi_eng.html). In the last column of his interviews, he claims the following:

"Everyone must understand that there is a plan by the mullahs. There is an atomic bomb in Iran that is set to explode some time before the American elections. The blame will be placed on America and Israel to evoke sympathy from the people. They will do this without question in order to stay in power for another twenty years. The result of this atomic bomb will stay for many years.”

I don’t know why he seems to think this, but it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

This is a way that they signify truimph over there enemies. Similar to what Vlad the Impaler used to do.
