Voter Fraud Repository
Free Republic | Misc

Posted on 09/28/2004 9:47:30 AM PDT by hoosiermama

Voter Fraud stories have been done by many local news agencies. However, the "BIG" picture has been ignored. In order to keep it in the correct propective we need to see the overall picture. Please ad any links to other articles and states that have already been working on the "voter fraud" issue. We do appreciate what local law enforcer and media have been doing to bring this to the attention of the MSM.....Now someone needs to connect the dots.

I don`t know if the suggestion has already been made, but what about concentrating on the important states that the Rat 527s have been working in. Those important swing states the Rat`s henchmen are working, if the Rats are spending their "get out the vote" money there, you know they have to be up to no good.

Most of the fraud has been discovered in swing states. We're just collating information from articles already posted on the Internet/free republic.

I would also like to suggest that if you wish to write some letters to the editors of your local papers in protest of these flagrant cases of voter fraud try this link LinkToThread It has good talking points in general as well as a great engine for finding and sending multiple letters to all your local papers that will receive them. Like on the line yellowpages, it works on a given radius of your home address, and I think we can trust the engine site sponsor.

Missouri I

Media source/St Louis Today
date/ Aug.11,2004
State/Missouri
City of County/JEFFERSON CITY, Mo.

# of suspect votes/whether to count the ballots of some people who voted at the wrong polling places. (NUMBER NOT GIVEN)

past history/The Missouri Democratic Party had asked the court to block certification of the Aug. 3 election results until the lawsuit is resolved, to require election officials to count the provisional ballots of the plaintiffs, all of whom voted in Kansas City, and to declare parts of the state law in violation of federal law and the equal-protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.

source of fraud: individual
and employee/
who is taking action against/Judge Scott Wright

The lawsuit was filed against Missouri Secretary of State Matt Blunt and others. Blunt is the Republican nominee for governor, facing Democratic State Auditor Claire McCaskill in November.

THE LAWS:Provisional ballots are used when a voter's eligibility cannot be determined and can only be cast for federal and statewide candidates and issues, not local contests. State law says that registered voters who cast provisional ballots at the wrong polling place cannot have their votes counted.

Federal law says people should be allowed to cast a provisional ballots if they affirm they are registered voters in that jurisdiction, but also specifies that election officials should count such votes only if voters are eligible "under state law."

Cannot happen. Speaker of the house will be a Democrat, more than likely Pelosi. Now be frightened.

What do you mean, "cannot happen"? What prevents this scenario by RockinRight from happening?

More on Colorado from Diddle

Media source/View from a Height blog

date/Sept 28, 2004
State/Colorado/Wisconsin
City of County/
# of suspect votes/
past history/
source of fraud:
individual Finally, a local man was indicted for forging voter registration signatures. As of yet, there have been no additional indictments. Attorney General Salazar has a reputation for being above-board, but it's unconscionable that the hasn't reclused himself from an investigation where he clearly has at least a potential conflict of interest.

employee/New Voters Project, the Association of Community
link Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN), had hired the firm in question to conduct a voter registration drive.

ACORN seems to be on the wrong side of the voter fraud issue nationally. They've filed a lawsuit to extend the voter registration deadline past October 4 in Florida. The "pay-for-play" excuse has, it seems, gotten them into trouble elsewhere. ACORN has also had a worker take the Fifth in an investigation in New Mexico.

who is taking action against/ When three local DAs joined the Attorney General's investigation,

Party: Two other organizations that have been pushing voter registration drives in Colorado are the aforementioned New Voters Project (more about them momentarily) and Fair Vote Colorado. Both of these organizations are almost universally described as "non-partisan," and yet both are run by either Democratic or Naderite political operatives.

Here's Nevada II (Similar but more detailed than I)

Media source/Review Journal (Los Vegas)
Date/ July 10 2004
State/Nevada
City of County /Los Vegas
# of suspect votes/office has flagged several hundred suspicious registration forms

past history/However, some groups are illegally paying for each registration form submitted instead of paying workers by the hour. The practice is against both state and federal law. The state attorney general's office is looking at whether charges should be filed.
"It incentivizes fraud," Lomax said.
Lomax said people have brought completed registration forms to his office and told him they were paid by the form. One person mistakenly included his pay stub in a stack of forms, which showed him being paid by the form, not the hour.

Lomax said he had one stack of forms "that were obviously fraudulent," but other fake registrants might have been added into stacks of legitimate ones, something Lomax said is impossible to track.

source of fraud: individual….. has had as many as 100 different groups ask his office for voter registration forms.

Rock the Vote

who is taking action against/Lomax
