While touring a Heinz 57 bottling plant in South America, Presidential candidate, John Kerry, tripped when his flip flops got hung up in a drainage grate and fell into a 1000 gallon container of Heinz 57 Steak Sauce. He sustained no physical injuries but doctors say he will have a stained orange hue for at least 2 weeks.

Mr Kerry was uninjured in the fall because he was able to flip himself away from the mixing blades.
His statement was, "I guess being a professional flip flopper saved my life this time. Did I mention I was in Viet Nam?"
