Zhirinovsky is often termed "ultranationalist" but what he really wants is a return to a USSR-style state with himself at the head of it. Putin may wind up using this report as a good reason to finally eliminate Z, and good riddance.

Megawati Sukarnoputr just got dumped in a landslide, in the first direct election of an Indonesian president. Pasqua "is mostly remembered for having pushed a series of anti-immigration laws... He was named in corruption scandals concerning the public housing projects of the Hauts-de-Seine". *
