Among those named as recipients of Oil-for-Food vouchers is the program's head, Benon Sevon, former French Interior Minister Charles Pasqua, radical Russian politician Vladimir Zhirinovsky, and Indonesian President Megawati Sukarnoputri.

KEYWORDS: napalminthemorning; oilforfood; sukarnoputri; un; unsc; wot; zhirinovsky
Zhirinovsky is often termed "ultranationalist" but what he really wants is a return to a USSR-style state with himself at the head of it. Putin may wind up using this report as a good reason to finally eliminate Z, and good riddance.
Megawati Sukarnoputr just got dumped in a landslide, in the first direct election of an Indonesian president. Pasqua "is mostly remembered for having pushed a series of anti-immigration laws... He was named in corruption scandals concerning the public housing projects of the Hauts-de-Seine". *

Oh, well that clarifies everything. We all sit corrected, because we know NOBODY in the UN Security Council would ever, EVER lie. Now about this bridge...fair condition, well traveled, unbeatable price, great investment...

I don't suppose the Left will reflect on this at all. They're ideological fanatics. They believe that the UN is somehow immune from corruption, not matter the evidence to the contrary.

I particularly loved this -- "A French foreign ministry spokesman cast doubt on Mr. Duelfer's allegations, saying they had not been checked with the people or countries involved."
"Did you do it?" "No." "See! He said he didn't do it! What do you people want?" George W. Bush will be reelected by a margin of at least ten per cent

Every day
that Saddam remained in power
was
another day that
1. Iraqi children starved
and
2. unprincipled men grew richer.

I wonder if it's possible to set the UN Building and all it's occupants adrift in a trash barge in New York Harbor and have the prevailing winds and current carry them to a place that gives a shi+.

Knowing how bagged they are, of course they are going to deny it. We need to get out of this dreadful, corrupt organization . . . . . and, the sooner, the better.

Wait these are not American's so of course this report will be discredited as a VRWC.
