That's a fake quote from a spoof news article. If you really want to hit Kerry in the naughty bits, just quote his very real statement in which he referred to Reagan's time in the Oval Office as "eight years of moral darkness" (while Kerry himself gave aid and comfort to the terrorist/communist Sandinistas in Nicaragua).

I think the all black background exaggerates the gap in he overcoat collar and makes it look ill fitting.
And when compared to the photo, the facial features appear airbrushed to the point of a corpse prepared for open casket viewing.
