Former Gov. Jesse Ventura ripped President Bush on Thursday for mismanaging the war in Iraq, for burdening future generations with a huge national debt, and for blah blah blah blah blah...

Just please, nobody say Ventura was a Navy SEAL. Ventura was UDT at a time when there was a vast difference between UDTs and SEALs. He was never a SEAL for one minute in his life.

Sorry, that's further down in the article.
He even scoffed at Bush's service in the Texas Air National Guard.
"If I were to serve that way in the United States Navy, I firmly believe I would never have gotten an honorable discharge, because that was not serving with honor, when you don't show up," Ventura, a former Navy SEAL, told several hundred students at Century College in White Bear Lake.
"I would have probably ended up in the Portsmouth naval prison," Ventura added later.
Yeah, like John Kerry knows something about serving with honor or getting an honorable discharge.

Ventura is a POS. He not only was not a SEAL for one day in his life, he was never any closer to VN than the whorehouses of Subic Bay PI.

What has happened to Ventura? He looks like a side-show freakHe always was a side show freak, and I, for one, can proudly say I knew he was all along. I couldn't believe that sheeple were stupid enough to vote for him, and that event gave me great concern about the state of voters.
This idiot is also very anti G-d. In fact, in this latest sideshow speech he said in a sneering voice "George Bush wants us to wait for G-d (emphasis his) to cure diseases. Well, we're going to be waiting for a very, very long time."

. Claims to have been Seal but may have been in UDT unit without Viet Nam combat experience. I know that there is controversy about his service. He's always bragging about it too, like Kerry.
Remember Ventura's "I hunt man" statement? What a weirdo.

another famous MN "independent" , Tim Penney came out and endorsed democrat Patty Wetterling.
Further proof "independent" is just another word for nothing left to lose.
