I wish I could feel sorry for these people, but I just can't.
As many dirty tricks as the leftists have pulled and after four (actually five) years of slandering and bashing Bush every minute of every day......
I feel NOTHING for their LOSS. Nothing EXCEPT elation, that is.
The leftists' loss is America's gain.
I know those looks! I was a democrat until the lewinsky scandal. The disillusionment, frustration, grief, anger and pain are all part and parcel of the present-day democratic party.
If those people would just wake up and realize they are being lied to every single day! That they'll tell you anything you want to hear - but they really don't mean a single word. That their ignorance and silence is being bought at way too high a price and it's hurting our country.
To all those brokenhearteds out there: Wake up, accept responsibility, clean house and get back to work OR let your blind hate and seething rage continue to eat you up alive and destroy everything it comes in contact with. It's your choice... (if you keep doing what you've been doing - you'll keep getting what you've gotten)

The opposition lost and I am very happy, grateful and thankful to God that we will not have to endure kerry/edwards for the next four years. However, I am going to mimic the Bush Administration in their reaction to this tremendous victory by behaving better than them.

The opposition can be bitter, ugly, nasty and unaccepting like that loser bob beckle but...the numbers speak for themselves. Not only did our President win but he won big! The only thing I hope for now is that those who threatened to leave the country would take the first plane out. It's a beautiful day for flying.

Hey, you know. . .that's not a bad idea. We could give the lefties all the border states between us and Mexico. Let them handle the illegal alien onslaught.
Then we could put a wall up along the border between the United States and the Leftist States, with laws requiring that a leftist prove they voted conservative for the last 5 years before they would be allowed to immigrate.
Uh, come to think of it, the Leftist States couldn't survive 5 years.
