How old is this video? I just looked through the bbc, guardian, independent and I saw nothing about this.

If you look in the directory where this video is saved http://radioci.embaci.com/englishdownload/ it shows November 10th as the date the file was uploaded. So, the video could have been taken any time before the 10th.
