Proof that the Bush win has brought center stage attention to the Protestant evangelicals in the US is Hillary Rodman Clinton going way over the line in professing that she is in fact a "conservative evangelical."
She was readying for her hubbys library rained-over opening. In the process, she responded to a church newsletter. In her flowing remarks about returning to the South, being brought up an evangelical, appreciating her roots as a conservative Christian, Hillary simply went overboard. She was redundant, in other words.
Why?
Well, think of 2008.
According to Kevin McCullough, radio talk show host and syndicated columnist, his site states the following quote from Ms. Hillary:
"I always take time to worship God in as evangelical a way as is feasible, given time and location constraints. As you know, I consider myself an evangelical Christian, really a Christian conservative, if you want to know the truth, so it's nice to be 'home' again in the South, which I really consider my quote-unquote home even though I live in New York most of the time. Well, Washington, D.C., most of the time, actually, but if I'm not there I'm in New York, of course, but always thinking about being here, in the South, my spiritual home, where I shared so many wonderful evangelical . . . moments and . . . events."
Evangelicals know their theology. And it does not include pro-choice, pro-practicing homosexual lifestyle, pro-liberal doctrine and so forth. Therefore, theres no chance that Ms. Hillary could ever find a warm spot in an evangelical pew. No way, except to repent of her spiritual waywardness and reveal it through repeated over plenty of time acts of righteousness, the latter defined in the biblical way.
Go, Ms. Hillary, go to the altar.
Poser Ping!
"I always take time to worship God in as evangelical a way as is feasible
what is that supposed to mean?
The last time she publicly worshipped, Salem hung the rest of the Congregation.
Good grief, she can't even talk the talk convincingly. Walking the walk will only occur when hell reaches absolute zero.
We all knew she'd start lying the moment the MSM said "values" won the election for Bush.
Now, Miss Hitler-y will have to actually attend some church services. She will HATE it, but she'll do it to confuse the voters.
I hope someone sprinkles some holy water on her. I want to see her MELT.
This was a satire...been posted here several times. Never happened. Sorry to burst the bubble.
She does'nt know either.
Klinton speak. They have a way of using their own meanings....
They often opt for multiple definitions as well, you know how it is.
Sure do know how it 'is'.
Evangelical Socialist, our Hillary is.
I see it as meaning that God is not number one in her life (obviously)
Kevin McCullough was told that this was a hoax several times. Don't you wish it would just die instead of being posted as fact over and over?
The last time she worshipped was just before she flung the cast iron frying pan at Bill's head.....
FJB!
People believe what they want to believe. There are some who voted BUSH who can't believe they actually voted for a republican and will look for any excuse to vote dem next time around. Hilary will give some of them the excuse they need. We just have to continue to do better and get out more votes. National Dems are anybody's dog that will hunt with them. Never forget. We know Clintons will do ANYTHING for power...typical high profile democrats.
Means she's a phony. What else is new? You worship the way you do and you don't have to advertise it for political purposes. She should be ashamed but then again we're talking about a clintin here and neither one fo them have any shame. Pity those who fall for her treacherous lies in order to gain power.
