Yeah, I saw it. He did very well -- he speaks better than he writes.

Thanks for the info.
I follow the WA state Supreme Court very closely. When this gets to the state supreme court, it will most likely be a unanimus decision for a re-vote. i would guess that 2-3 justices will recuse themselves. Fairhurst, for sure, since she is a close friend of Gregoire. Sanders may recuse or be asked by the democrats to recuse. CJ Alexander should recuse himself and I would say it is about a 50-50 chance he will. He has some personal reasons for wanting Gregoire to be the governor.
"Don't dimmocrats care about people? All people?"
Of COURSE they do. They are people and their 'vote-slave' minorities are 2/3 people.
But people who vote them out of office aren't people at all, just don't even exist. Until we Blog them to oblivion!
< / semi-sarcasm off.

Details, please....
Thanks for the info, and the links..BTW..would you care to opine as to what you think will happen?
Well, perhaps having a judge named "Sanders" deciding the case is a good omen..after all, the guy in Florida did pretty well..
Wow..thanks for the info..can I suggest..( not to create more work for you)but since you admit to following the Wash SDtate courts closely, that you blog this on FR..hey..you might start a second career..(G)
8^)
The state is trendign liberal/Dem, but sometimes when the party in power egregiously overreaches..the voters rise up ..it's happened several times in NJ in the last 30 years, and the two states are similar demographically and politically..Murray is, to her supporters, somewhat :iconic"..Cantwell has big $$ and big image problems..I recall she got the nomination only because she could self finance..and her then opponent was deemed unbeatable. She relatively young..could serve 4 more terms..a lot of Wash St Dems might secretly liek to see her lose, they figure it'll open up a seat in 2012.

Stephan I read your blog daily. You really looked good on SR need to get more air time. Clear, straight forward and well spoken presentation
It will be a unanimous decision for a re-vote.
Look for the asst. AG Jeffrey Even, whom Sam Reed wants as his atorney to br dropped from the case within the next week or so. He has a conflict of interest problem in that he has a personal loyalty to Gregoire.
