One of the many things that is so scary about this case and should concern all of us is that someone such as Michael Schiavo is allowed to be the guardian of Terri.

How many wives would want an estranged husband who has a live-in mistress, two illegitimate children, and a sadistic temper to be the one to decide if they live or not.

Also, not many people would chose to be starved to death.

Michael also had the feeding tubes of his own parents removed. I don't know how much his inheritance was. Strange that no photos of his mistress Jodi have shown up anywhere.

of all the words I've seen written on this, this is about the most concise summation of the facts. Makes it very crystal clear.

In the CourtTV poll NO is now over 51%. Still needs freeping.

...malpractice settlement....

Reading from the article...."This is the kind of guy whose wedding vows are just that - vows." -- Gary Fox, " Miami Lawyer."

I can't figure who are less credible...politicians, lawyers, or stockbrokers...

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have a question of my own:

Why didn't the insurance company demand the settlement back when it became obvious that he was not spending the money on her treatment, yet it was being spent on other things?

This seems like insurance fraud.

Can you please post a direct link to the poll?

The one you posted does not show the poll.

Thanks.

Go to post #38 and use that link. I just opened that page, but didn't click the 'news' poll.

Your right the Schiavo poll has been replaced with a question about the Blake trial.

Consider this another Terri Bump.

Yes, it seems that the Terri poll has been upstaged by the Blake trial.

Well here's a scientific poll that shows that for all the heat and light here on FR...the public in Florida wants the tube removed.

http://www.firstcoastnews.com/printfullstory.aspx?storyid=32986

......................................

By First Coast News Staff

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- According to our latest exclusive Survey USA poll, the majority of people on the First Coast think Terri Schiavo's husband should be allowed to remove her feeding tube.

Of those polled, 55% percent say the tube being to use to feed the severely brain damaged woman should be removed.

36% of those polled say Michael Schiavo shouldn't be allowed to remove it.

9% aren't sure.

Terri Schiavo has been in a vegetative state since a heart attack 15 years ago.

I went to the Court TV link, but none of the poll questions was about Terri. Where's the poll supposed to be?

Irrelevant what others think.

What I/we would like to know is where YOU stand? Do you stand with the enemy of America, or do you stand with its defenders? There is no in-between in this case.

You know where I stand.

Free our Terri! Free her NOW!
