My son's good friend, Josh, sent on an email sharing what a friend of his, Captain Ryan Mitcha - Texas, was doing in Iraq. Ryan saw a need and asked for help from home. Ryan's mom, family, and friends helped organize donations to be sent to Ryan. You will love the story of Ryan and others doing so much while in Iraq. I thank Josh and his mom for letting me be a part of Ryan's endeavor.

Capt. Ryan Mitcha, the Task Force 2-12 fire support officer, watches as Iraqi mothers and their children choose school supplies from a bin in the Latifiyah area of north Babil Jan. 24.
