What if her husband is lying?

Do you have any evidence he is? Has anything come to light in the multitude of court actions?

No you say? Exactly.

What would it take to bring criminal charges against Schiavo for neglect?

A grand jury?

Maybe Congress can reassemble and pass a Bill of Attainder...

This is murder by judiciary

Yes it is. It is called judicial tyranny.

Its really that easy. With complete impunity and disregard for Terri Schiavo's rights as enshrined in our Constitution an omnipotent black-robed tyrant such as Judge Greer and his cohorts can take the law into their own hands and by "court order" torture and starve Terri Schiavo to death thereby attempting to end her now useless and unproductive life with the simple stroke of a pen.

Of course subjecting Terri to "cruel and unusual" punishment by starving and dehydrating her to to death is not quite as serious as say... putting a pair of panties on her head and snapping a few photographs. But then again our nation's soldiers unlike our nation's judges are held accountable for their actions and when they violate someone's rights in the course of their duties they are duly charged and prosecuted.

well, you sort of keep sayit the same thing over and over.

I would ask that you respect the people here who are truly terribly upset over this and refrain from over and over provoking. Surely that kindness would be appealing to you.

AFter this is over and the immediate threat is gone or over, then the arguments can begin.

It is cruel to people who are trying to save a life, to begin the dancing on the grave too early.

Judge orders woman’s feeding tube to be reinserted --- from WKYC.com

I think WKYC is looking for a new copywriter.

[Captioning made possible by fox news channel and U.S. Department of education]

>> This is a "fox news alert." A federal court refuses to have the feeding tube reinserted in terri schiavo. The parents wanted to put it back in while legal arguments move forward. Now shive schiavo's parents plan to appeal immediately to the 11th 11th circuit court in atlanta. Brian: Of course that's going to resonate all throughout the family, through the husband michael, to the families who petitioned their case yesterday in court, and of course, to phil keating, who is over in pinellas park where terri schiavo has been in a post spies for now -- hospice for now 15 years.

>> Brian, i think the enormity of this ruling cannot be exaggerated simply because terri schiavo continues to die. Very slowly, but yet she is in the death process. Now into the fourth day. And for her parents and the attorney for her parents and primarily most of the supporters who have been gathering here every day, what they wanted to accomplish yesterday in U.S. District courts was that feeding tube reinserted, get that done first, then we'll deal with all of the legal questions and the arguments pro and con of whether or not the congress acted constitutionally, whether or not terri schiavo's religious rights or her due process rights had been violateD. We are expecting the attorney for the family to show up here at some point this morning. Most of the demonstrators who have gathered here every day have yet to show up because it is so early, and i think this ruling for many people was unexpected at this early hour, but let's take you back yesterday to U.S. District court in downtown tampa, florida. The judge was very argumentative with both sides. You know, he was skeptical, he put both attorneys on the defensive, prove your case, but ultimately, the burden of proof fell to the plaintiff attorney, david gibbs iii and he had to establish a likelihood of success at trial based on the merits of what he was arguing, he was of course arguing for an emergency injunction, to get the feeding tube reinserted and U.S. District judge james whitmore ruling this morning he failed to do thaT.

Outside the courthouse yesterday, there were many people, probably three dozen people showed up, many of them had packed an overflow room inside the courthouse to listen to the two hour arguments inside the courtroom. Obviously, what we're about to hear now from the attorneys is what their reaction was yesterday and of course their opinions will be slightly different now that the ruling came down just about half an hour ago, but let's take a listen to what both attorneys had to say right of after yesterday's unprecedented arguments in court.

>> I am dispointed to tell you righ now ter rife continues to be dehydrated and starved to death, but i am optimistic to tell you we were in federal court, this is where we wanted to be, this is where the congress put us, this is where the president signed the law, and I think the president said it well, we need toeer to err on the side of life.

>> There is no possibility mR. And mrs. Schindler could ever prevail in this case an we are hopeful that he'll deny the temporary injunction.

>> That was of course george philos, the attorney for michael schiavo, the husband of terri schiavo and her legal guardiaN. Of course terri schiavo remains behind me here in this pinellas park hospice, the side of so much -- the site of so much passion over the weekend as congress rushed back to d.C., The president rushed back, that emergency legislation was passed. That put the ball in the federal court systeM. Yesterday's hearing was the absolute first one.

We now expect this will go up to the u.S. Court of appeals, the 11th circuit in atlanta. In the meantime, most importantly, terri schiavo's dying process continues. Back to you in new yorK. Steve: Phil, let me ask you this, as you say she's in the hospice behind you. When was the last time her parents were allowed to see her?

>> From what I can gather, that was on sunday, a come of days ago. The feeding tube was removed on friday, terri schiavo -- or mike michael schiavo, her husband -- I am unclear, i think last saturday or early sunday was the last time he was in there. We didn't see him enter yesterday at all. Of course it's possible he could always come in through a back door, but the parents, we saw the father here early yesterday morning, right around 3:00 A.M., That was right after president bush signed that legislation, and he came out, he was very happy, smiling, he was certainly seeing the actions by congress and the president as being indicative that he just might prevail in getting the feeding tube reinserted so right now

Any evidence he's telling the truth? This is strictly hearsay evidence. Any court would not have heard hearsay - but this court did and a woman is dying as a result.

In the light of all the other behaviors surrounding this, I doubt that her Parent's wishes to have an autopsy would be allowed. It is heart breaking that they are barred from being at her bedside during her last moments...

It would take evidence or the case gets thrown out. Real hardcore evidence. Not lies and distortions and heresay propagated on Internet forums

How about testimony from Dr. Michael Baden, the leading forensic scientist in the world?

Thanks I already have that link. Do you have a link to the story reporting that Judge Whittemore has signed off on this?
