"Frankly when I saw her ... she looked beautiful. In all the years I've seen Mrs. Schiavo, I've never seen such a look of peace and beauty upon her. Mrs. Schiavo's death is not imminent by any means," he [Felos] said. This ghoul... this pompous, sick sadistic piece of lizard feces... Isn't it wonderful, everyone? Terri might "live" in this state of peace and beauty for days more! Let's all have a drink and celebrate!

Is it irony or poetic justice? Perhaps it's Divine Justice:
Liberal (activist) judges do more harm to their own than they do to conservatives. For over a decade they've clawed and scratched to murder just one Catholic wife amidst nearly a whole nations resistance. In response, conservative communities will marry the right person and carefully prepared their living wills against sociopath murderers (who'd batter and starve their spouse).
I haven't lost faith in conservative values or our conservative leaders. Liberals have already aborted their numbers and can't replace their unborn generations. Now, they will euthanize the rest of their numbers well before 2008. If liberals have tried to commit genocide against Conservatives, Catholic, Christians, Jews, Israelis, etc. they've only succeeded in damning themselves to their own everlasting hell.
Rejoice this Easter Season and let apostasy only fill the diabolic ranks of disillusioned liberals! We conservatives will continue multiplying throughout the world whilst evils kicks its own heels up at the gates of paradise and fall to its own miserable shame.

Fifteen long and trying years these people have had and they have the grace to say this. What class....what faith they have.
God, bless them...please bless them beyond their wildest dreams.

In his latest ruling on Saturday, Greer said the Schindlers could have presented Weller's affidavit at an emergency hearing three days ago, but did not, and therefore "waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's alleged verbalization."
Looks like at this point, even if she got up and tried to walk out of the hospice under her own power Greer would still have her put to death. This is truly disgraceful. Utterly abhorrent.

Sad.How can we ask God to bless America, or sing " My Country Tis of Thee" any more. The Glory of the Lord has departed ,people. Darkness is over us now. God have mercy on us.

Many Terri supporters are still there.
They mean well, but they should leave. Grant her parents at least that one request.

It's not over. Jeb Bush could still order Terri put under protective custody. But the longer he doesn't, the more I think he won't.

It was not clear if the Schindlers had finally abandoned all legal avenues in their fight to restart their 41-year-old daughter's feeding, a cause that embroiled the Florida legislature, the U.S. Congress and President Bush. maybe it's to clear the scene for a jeb vs. el presidente greer showdown. /tinfoil

The Schindlers waived their right to raise Terri Schiavo's verbalization because they were three days late?????? Do you think judge that they might have had a few other things on their minds? You dare to equate a lapse of time for action by the parents while you send Terri to death for an eternity? I don't really want to call you a heathen bastard but I am beginning to think that's a really good label for you.....

The reporter on Fox News (Geraldo's show) not fifteen minutes ago said, in response to this report, that this was not the case, that the parents wanted the protesters to stay outside the hospice.
To: EveningStar
Actually, I heard that one of their advisors told everyone to go home. The Schindlers are begging everyone to stay.

From a Reuters report that I atempted to post. A slightly different view:
PINELLAS PARK, Fla. (Reuters) - Terri Schiavo's parents suffered more court defeats on Saturday, leaving them with dwindling hopes as their brain-damaged daughter passed her eighth day without food and edged toward death.
Bob and Mary Schindler, both practicing Catholics, urged dozens of supporters gathered outside the Florida hospice where Schiavo is being cared for to go home for Easter.
"The family would request that everyone go home, be with your children, hold them close and share every moment you have with them," said Brother Paul O'Donnell, a Franciscan monk who is a spiritual adviser to the Schindlers.
It was not clear if the Schindlers had finally abandoned all legal avenues in their fight to restart their 41-year-old daughter's feeding, a cause that embroiled the Florida legislature, the U.S. Congress and President Bush.
* * * After visiting his daughter, Bob Schindler, who a day earlier had said she was "down to her last hours," told reporters Terri was "putting up a tremendous battle to live."
* * *
The Schindlers have drawn passionate support from conservative Christians, right-to-life and anti-abortion activists in their struggle to prolong their daughter's life. Lobbying from the Christian right prompted the U.S. Congress to pass a special law to push the case into federal courts.

I would say anyone who is being intentionally starved and dehydrated is in immenent danger of dying. A little over one week ago she wasn't terminal, today she is.
