As you may know, 9-year-old Jessica Lunsford (search) was kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and murdered. Convicted sex offender John Couey (search) has confessed to the crime.
In the days before Jessica's body was recovered, police visited a trailer close to Jessica's house and asked three people who were living there if they knew anything about the little girl's disappearance. The cops went back to that place three times.
But it wasn't until the third time, after Couey had fled the state, that the three individuals, Dorothy Dixon, Madie Secord and Matthew Dittrich admitted Couey lived in the trailer.
Subsequently, Couey has told the cops he was hiding in that trailer when the police came and the three protected him. Dixon is Couey's half- sister. And the two others know him well. There had to be a reason they didn't mention him to the police.
Initially, those three were charged with a crime, obstructing an officer without violence. But now those charges have been dropped by State Attorney Brad King (search).

From O"Reilly........"Talking Points" believes that's outrageous and there is something very wrong going on in Citrus County. King will not talk to the media to explain himself. That's another outrage! Surely he owes the people who elected him a full explanation as to why he's not prosecuting those people. Surely he owes Jessica's family that.
This whole thing's a huge mess. There's no question those terrible people should be charged with obstructing justice and perhaps aiding the crime of murder. Even if those people were acquitted, the prosecution should send a message.

We need to take action to show the people that are in position to protect us, and our children that we are serious about this issue. I, personally, have called Brad Kings office 3 times with no response. I am contimplating a protest. I would like him to arrest these people on obstruction, and make examples out of them. There are allegations ( heard on O'Reilly ) that Jessica was actually in the home during one or all of the times that law enforcement was going to the home during the searches. This is outrageous. Like the Minutemen have organized to protect the borders, I hope we organize to protect the kids.

well I wonder if there isn't something more to this, mind you I don't think most obstruction charges get prosecuted unless attached to other charges, whether that is right or wrong, same with perjury, it is rarely prosecuted and I know from sitting in on a few trials myself, people lie on the witness stand every single day......
I believe Couey has confessed fully, otherwise I would have suspected that the DA may have made a deal for testimony from the three in exchange for dropping the charges
now even if Couey did confess, has he hired a fancy ass lawyer who is all of sudden going to challenge the confession, so maybe the DA is keeping these three along as witnesses just as case
did Couey fess up to other crimes to these people?
If i remember correctly, this piece of scum acatually buried that poor kid alive.

Fess up? I have no idea, but I do know that if he kept the wee one in that TRAILER HOUSE (thin walls, people!!) for over two days as he claims, they had to have heard her cries and screams as he raped her over and over. Did they stop him? Did they call the police? NO. They should suffer the same punishment as he does.
Why is the killer still alive. He confessed. Have his trial tomorrow and they start starving him on Saturday. But the left-wing supporters of NABLA and other fascist organizations (ACLU) will raise all kinds of trouble and the black robed dictators will let him go AGAIN!
Keep me posted...I am here in Florida and want to help too...this whole thing is a mess and a total failure to keep Jessica from harm...our state and legal system really failed this little girl.

I have contacted Brad Kings office three times with no response. Has anyone else heard a response why he let the other three in the house with Couey go?? If I don't hear something by tomorrow, I would like to start the protest this weekend.

I just got off work and am going to rest now but will try calling again later and let you know if I hear anything.
I believe my wife talked to DA King today, I have not had a chance to get up with her about the conversation. I will ask her to post what she found out on this thread.
