Military Appreciation Parade in the works
The United American Committee ^ | 05-09-2005 | UAC

Posted on 05/09/2005 6:41:18 PM PDT by JesseP

The United American Committee with partners is organizing a military appreciation parade. If you can volunteer in any way to help organize this tremendous event, please contact us. The parade will be in Los Angeles and is scheduled for mid 2006, not to be in conjunction with any holiday. In the days following the close of WWI and WWII, Americans showed up in large numbers to support our troops homecoming. Military parades were in every major city across the nation. In these times, we must continue that spirit of pride in our servicemen by showing our support for them. We enlist the help of any volunteers who wish to take part in the planning of this event. More info, and updates will be at: http://www.unitedamericancommittee.org/parade/
