Maybe you should read it.
No where does it say that everyone who lives in CA has a "right" to an education.
It does say,
"the Legislature shall encourage by all suitable means the promotion of intellectual, scientific, moral, and agricultural improvement."
Otherwise every uneducated person in CA could sue the state for being uneducated and/or lacking in scientific, moral or agricultural improvement! LOL

I just heard on the newsbreak for Rush that the illegalalien activist groups (in this case, Renee Salcido of La Raza) are actually urging them to boycott DMV offices in protest.
Yippee! I hope everyone else goes in for renewals now while the joints are half empty...that would really prove the point.

I think most everyone who can renews their driver's licenses online...
going to the DMV these days is like going to the UN.
half of the employees don't speak English and the other half don't know what they're doing...kind of like the banks, post offices, gas stations and grocery stores. LOL

anyone with a driver's license from their home country can legally drive anywhere in America... they don't need an American driver's license

I don't know about in California but in Colorado State law requires anybody who holds a job in Colorado to get a drivers license within 90 days of becoming employed.

The illegal that recently slaughtered a cop held a job at a restaurant owned by the Mayor of Denver for over a year and did not have a Colorado Driver's license. He was arrested three different times for traffic offenses and released each time after he presented a Mexican Drivers license. The Colorado law obviously was not enforced due to Denver's sanctuary policy.

well you've touched on a couple issues.

One, a person here illegally CAN'T or at least is not supposed to be able to get a driver's license OR A JOB!

Second, Denver like L.A. is not enforcing the law by allowing illegal aliens to go free now is it? LOL

What I and others are referring to are LEGAL aliens who are here LEGALLY whether by being on vacation, visa or whatever...now if they have a driver's license from their home country they can drive legally from here to hell and back LEGALLY...as long as there are no outstanding warrants on them...
