REVELATIONS - PART 6 A Bunch of Stuff Happens
Last week,Nash T. Bassard broke out of prison.The Nutty Professor and the Flying Nun discovered a Ginsu Knife:but that's not all ! (At no extra cost,they received a Prophecy-written in Braille !) The Professor's Stepson, Hawk,got un-baptized,and un-confirmed,and was nearly hired by Newsweek.
In this, the final episode,there was a great deal of meaningless activity !
There was a Miracle Baby,who was kept in a bassinet,along with some other babies,and whose role in this meshuggina mess was increasingly unclear.
The Twins-in human and cat form-kept following the Professor and the Nun (No, I don't know why !) before changing into witchie-style robes for the Big Sacrifice Scene.
The Nutty Professor and the Flying Nun discovered where the Big Sacrifice Scene was to be held,by watching for a moonlight pathway,on the surface of Lake Galilee,generated by a partial lunar eclipse,created by a mysterious artificial satellite that had been placed in the orbit of Saturn,and which....
No. I didn't have the foggiest notion of what that was all about. Did you ?
Cutting to the chase (as it were),a group of religious leaders get blown up as they meet at "an undisclosed location" in the Holy Land.
The Satanic Followers stage the Big Sacrifice: a lot of chanting, a goat slaughtered on the altar,and a blood-covered baby held aloft." Which baby ?",you ask. "Was it the Miracle Baby or the Anti-Christ ?"
Beats me !
BUT: In another part of of the building,the evil Nash T. Bassard has trapped the Nutty Professor and is urging Hawk,the Professor's step-son to skewer Dear Ol' Dad with the Ginsu Knife...
BUT THEN :Ol' Nash goes a bit too far in describing the pleasure he had in killing Hawk's sister,so Hawk sticks the knife into ol' Nash !
The Nutty Professor and Nash T. Bassard struggle : manfully and/or demonically,depending on your perspective. (Not that there's anything wrong with demonic : It's just another lifestyle choice, don't you think ? )
OH-OH ! The Professor really sticks it to his satanic opponent,who falls into the Lake of Galilee and disappears.
KEEPING IN MIND the fact all this violent activity happened at night,when everything was dark,it is a bit disconcerting to discover it is suddenly full daylight in the Holy City.
The Flying Nun and the Nutty Professor disclose their plans.The Nun is going to preach the story of the Miracle Baby. The Prof is going back to his telescopes-BUT-is no longer skeptical about miracles.
Hawk,who knows he's going to have to go back to school on Monday,looks resigned.
FINALLY : Out on the desert, a satanic ex-priest is keeping a watchful eye on a baby in a tent. Is it the Anti-Christ ? The Miracle Baby ?

LOL - Thanks for the episode update!
I think that because he had been excommunicated, that meant he was a Good Priest. Remember, the heroine of the story had also been threatened with excommunication by the evil Vatican.
That said, I watched it just because I enjoyed seeing places that I'd been in Prague and Rome. It was a very lame show, mini-series, or whatever it was supposed to be.
I only watched Part 6 and found that I missed nothing in the previous 5. Was flipping back and forth to the History C. and the history of rubber...took the dog out at 2100.
I did the same thing (History C ....took the dog out) only I got tired of the rubber thing and watched a Ray Charles Bio.
Knew I could get an update here.....much clearer and less painful then watching it.
