After the Clinton campaign failed to either declare or repay his multi-million dollar expenses, Paul filed suit against the Clintons. Paul's evidence formed the basis for the ongoing trial of Clinton finance director David Rosen on 3 felony counts, carrying a possible penalty of 15 years in the slammer.
