That seems a sweeping statement that the numbers don't support.
Homosexuals are a very small portion of the population, despite how loud they are. If "lots" of married men were having gay sex and spreading HIV/AIDS, then you would have a much higher proportion of women with HIV/AIDS that were not drug users and/or promiscuous.
