Saw him and Geofrey Kemp of the Nixon Center Regional Strategic Center - Director .....on CSPAN with a discussion regarding Iran yesterday....put on by the Nixon Center , moderator McFarland National Security Advisor for Reagan.
Ray puts forward a case that the Mullahs and this new President are moderating because of the economic problems of the country and this is their last chance to fix them before
the next voting cycle or else their ambitions will be rejected by those below the poverty line get even more unhappy.
