Did Ruth Bader Ginsberg ever work in the government? Wasn't she always in private practice (working for the ACLU)? How could the Senate possibly evaluate her professional work without seeing everything she had written to her clients? So the idea that is actually being put forward is that the client does not have attorney-client privilege when the client is a Republican administration.
Talk about nerve! This just about beats all.
He is trying to be relevant in a world that has passed him by. It is over John.
I don't think they got to see it all, but it wouldn't matter because they will carry the water for this POS!
Doesn't the irony of this whole thing just grab you!? Put your foot in your mouth, John! It suits you well! Go ahead and put BOTH feet in while you're at it so you can sit on your brain!
Yo, John Kerry, you've got some frickin nerve ketchup boy. You were asked first so until you do, go F@#$ yourself.
Just when I think I am starting to cope with the intense nausea Kerry evokes in me he says or does something that makes me want to wretch up my stomach lining all over again.
Every time I hear this phony buffoon speak I begin to doze off ... I just noticed I get the same feeling when I read something he said. So many people to bore ... so little time.
Perhaps we should demand that John Kerry produce every document from his US Senate Office, or his presidential campaign.
I've got a block of London Subway tokens for you and all your friends.
Go sh6t in your camo hat.
Regards,
President Bush
Kerry's SF 180 concerns records which are his and his alone to release. To whom and under what circumstances he releases those records are his personal matter. The only reason that conservatives want them is because, as a candidate for national office, he should release them in order that people know for whom they are voting.
On the other hand, Robert's writings are protected by attorney client privilege. Release of those writing has to be done with the consent of the client, not Roberts. He does not have the right to released them.
Kerry's releasing his records is his decision, Roberts records are the "property" of the client and are not his to release.
Although Kerry must have a large set of stones to get in front of this issue, this is a bad comparison to make. Just my opinion.
Here's where the (self-censored)was:
'Visiting Democratic Sen. John Kerry, left, gestures as he leaves the overall leader of the Tour de France cycling race, Lance Armstrong, of Austin, Texas, to warm up at the Team Discovery Channel quarters near the start line in Saint-Etienne, central France, prior to the 20th stage of the Tour de France cycling race, a 55.5-kilometer (34.5-mile) individual time trial looping around north of Saint-Etienne, Saturday, July 23, 2005.'
He's back in his beloved France... the prime habitat of the cheese-eating, surrender-monkey.
Spineless US Senate would rather protect Hanoi Kerry
than deal with the anti war crowd.
Anyone who thinks Hanoi Kerry isn't behind the anti war crowd needs to get a clue.
It's time to support our troops and ignore the jelly fish in the US Senate!
There is no need to impeach Hanoi Kerry from the US Senate
He is there illegally!
WAKEUP AMERICA!
For those who "forgot" what Hanoi Kerry
did in the past read on and learn the truth.
Hanoi Kerry was still a USNR officer while he:
gave false hearsay testimony to Congress
negotiated with the enemy
helped the US lose a war
abetted in the deaths of millions
created a hostile environment for all servicemen
Why is Kerry still in the US Senate?
This is in violation of
U.S. Constitution Amendment 14 Sec 3

And the FBI has proof of his treason.

Kerry and Julia traveled to Paris, France and met with Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, the Foreign Minister of the Provisional Revolutionary Government of Vietnam (PRG), the political wing of the Vietcong, and other Viet Cong and Communist Vietnamese representatives to the Paris peace talks, a trip he now calls a "fact-finding" mission.
