Didn't they just pass a law regarding the burning of the American flag? That would make this a double crime.
Go ask a teen whether, when he got drunk and there was an appropriate target of opportunity, that he didn't use loose bowels in a less than hygenic manner. Don't know if anyone caught it but Pvt Hines was awarded the Bronze Star posthumously.
